Very enjoyable evening at the Cosy Club Exeter yesterday. The Christmas meal was delicious and Harry provided excellent customer service.

My experience at cozy club in Basingstoke was terrible. I asked if we could order more drinks and the waiter was incredibly rude to us and just huffed and puffed. He also swore at other customers. Appalling customer service. His name was Dean.

Great place in town. The food was excellent Service was prompt, attentive and very polite.

Would definitely recommend. Thankyou Dean, I think that was his name, for your considerate and thoughtful professionalism in these difficult times.

My mother thought you were managed our large party gathering excellently.

The venue at Basingstoke was lovely and cosy, lighting was just a bit too dim, had to use our phone torch to read the menu. Food was good, however if you plan on ordering the T bone steak at just under £25, be warned you just get a steak and skinny chips, that’s it no veg or garnish. We did point out how shocked we were for the money, they offered us side helping of coleslaw and tomato’s. All in all nice venue. Staff were very busy and polite.

Lovely food and lovely service at the Plymouth branch. My server was wonderful and very helpful and the food and drink were exquisite.

Although there were vegan options the food was not up to the 4 star standard, very dry, bought better at tesco.

Staff in Hereford need to go on customer service training. Extremely rude and they need to review their app as they ignore it

Chelmsford: the food is nice but very expensive for what it is . Steak with chips, nothing else, £15 no sauce which cost you extra , no greens tomatoes ...nothing! Coke £3.50 ... A lunch with only a main course ended up costing £37 😱. No alcohol and the second main was a small salad with a portion of chips .
The staff was lovely , friendly and helpful. Loved the decor !! Just won't go back for eating there ...shame as was really looking forward to a new exciting place to enjoy food and drinks 😥

We had great service and the range of gluten free foods was great. Lots of choice. I had the fish and chips and they were absolutely delicious. I cant stop thinking about them! The minted peas were really tasty. The waitress was really clear about gluten free and I wasnt concerned with cross contamination. Also, the cherry bakewell cocktail was so good. I'll definitely be back!

We were told about the Cosy Club in Nottingham by some friends who told us we would love it and they were right
We were greeted by very friendly helpful and professional staff before we started on the cocktails.
After enjoying several, we were personally taken to where we would eat and enjoyed a lovely meal in great surroundings
We had a great time. thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and booked there and then to go back

First visit to Cosy Club in Plymouth. Can't fault it at all. Service was excellent. Christina our server was lovely and couldn't do enough for us. The food was quick to arrive, there was plenty of it and the quality was spot on. Will definitely be going back. Just one small complaint/suggestion - please stock bitter at the bar or some real ales 🍺 😁

Amazing experience at the Cosy Club in Liverpool. Came for brunch with my mum. The staff were super friendly & helpful. My mum has allergies and they were very knowledgeable and advised her on what she could eat. Gluten free menu available! The food came out so fast and it was sooooo delicious! Nicest breakfast I’ve had for ages. Cocktails were just as tasty too! Will defo be coming back in the future! Thank you Cosy Club 🙌🏻

On Monday 19th April 2021 I went to Cosy Club in Manchester with some of my friends to pre celebrate a friend's birthday and we was all drinking cocktails. The cocktails were delicious. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The toilets were very clean. Excellent service and excellent atmosphere. I will be going back again soon. Thank you.

I have just come from having dinner at the Cosy Club in Manchester and it was amazing ! I’ve never been here before and have always wanted to try it. The cocktails were incredible and the deal on them was amazing ! I just want to say how lovely all of the staff were and they made it even more of a pleasant experience so thank you !!

My last visit here was several months ago but I had the chance to go back last night and the place is still amazing. To say that the food here is great would be an understatement. The meal I had was excellent in so many ways – the portions were just right (not too small or big), the taste was divine, and the price was worth paying for and suited my budget. It won’t be long before I come back here again.

One of my favourite restaurants, have visited Bath, Bristol, Cardiff, Coventry and all are amazing venues offering great food, great service and great atmosphere.

I've been to the Derby branch of the Cosy Club twice recently and both times were fantastic!

The first was in the evening. The staff were very respectful and followed all covid guidelines. They were so friendly and helpful and it was a lovely experience.

I went again a week or so later during the day with some friends and again, the staff were friendly and helpful and followed all covid guidelines.

Also the food is incredible! Decent portions, good food, good quality ingredients and worth the price.

Also the atmosphere is lovely, its an unusual mix of fancy and casual, absolutely wonderful.

I would highly recommend people go there, whether its for a nice lunch or a date or just spending time having some drinks.

Its honestly such a lovely place. The alcoholic drinks are a little pricey, but they're really nice and the price is offset by the reasonable price of the food.

Seriously, you won't regret going there! Its great!!

Myself and my friend visited Cosy Club in Leicester for Brunch. It was incredible! We absolutely LOVED our meals. The place had put in safety measures and you could really see that they had everything thought out so we felt very safe and comfortable. The staff were extremely pleasent and our waitress was so lovely. We will defo visit again!
