Have always had a good experience at cotton out and online. Shipping has always been within the timeframe.

Purchase items in store only to find out they were cheaper online. I contacted cotton on who said they often have different prices and that was that, wouldn’t give me a credit for the difference. Their live chat is off and so you send a message and it takes them days to reply. You call them and it keeps you in a queue for 25 minutes and says the phone queue is turned off and to use live chat! What a good way to lose customers. I won’t be buying from them again. Rubbish customer journey.

Cotton on manukau clearance is the only cotton on i go too. Sales are good, all the workers have good customer service, and cotton on is better than glassons in my opinion.
I'd recommend having clothes with bigger sizes though. I shop here with my family and friends who are a bit bigger than me and they don't enjoy it because their clothes are mostly for small girls. I would enjoy the shopping experience with them more if they too enjoyed the shopping experience.

The staff are absolutely lovely and make shopping there a pleasure. Even when they are really busy with huge lines they try and make you feel valued. I am happy they have recently starting being inclusive by stocking larger sizes up to 22 sometimes. I'm smaller but Its really nice to be able to go shopping with my plus size and we can both get excited over the same stuff. Now why I didn't put 5 starts is everything looks cute but the quality of is a bit variable. The cotton tees and cotton tights I've purchased have held up well. But the polyester/cotton tees and polyester knit tops pill and look shabby in just 1 - 3 washes. The viscose tees feel divinely soft when you buy them but after washing them they twist, so the don't sit straight when you wear them (the one seam ends up on your belly, the other on your back instead of down the sides). The so called full length sports tights wear well but need to be a bit longer. I am shorter than average and they fit 7/8 length on me.
