great response to suggestion
Last year I suggested that the men's pull up trousers they stocked have real flies not dummy ones as that made them impractical for those of us of a certain age to use outside the home on walks for instance.
Having recently spotted some with proper flies I bought them and they are comfortable in more ways than one and I'm looking forward to test walking them soon now the weather's perked up!

On line and corresponding shop visit
I use your app to buy on line, and also our local shop. On my most recent shop visit my husband and I bought new items, and at the same time I had a jacket to return which unfortunately was too big. The staff member was very helpful with the return,and friendly. The refund was back in my bank within 2 days. Everything was easy to do and of course the clothes are always of the highest quality. Thank you.

Very good customer service
I love the ease of picking up my orders from the shop. I like the quality of the products, just to say that on this particular purchase - the skirt was slightly larger than expected. I know my size and never had this issue before.
Overall I'm satisfied with my purchase.

Delighted to have found Cotton Traders.
Helpful staff and the little things like having a long shoe horn in changing rooms for the customers not always do steady on their feet, and providing seating. One thing I would have liked was a bigger selection of clothes in the larger sizes. I realise that when I visited it was in the run up to Christmas and stock goes quickly. Will definitely shop there again.
