Excellent system
Delivery to the store was very easy with very friendly staff. The return of one item out of six -ordered for size choice- was very quick and easy at the store and my refund was back in my account very quickly. Such a easy and stress free system from start to finish. WELL DONE

Good products, lovely staff.
All really good, easy smooth service, lovely friendly staff. Took slightly longer to arrive in store than I expected.
But can’t really fault Cotton Traders. Products good, ordered two different tops just for choice, tried them on in the shop and returned one once decided. No problem.

Click & Collect delivery
Click & Collect within 7 working days, I don’t think is a good service! It does state it takes that long…
The return service in-store is very long winded for the colleagues and uses a lot a paper so not very environmentally friendly!
1 lady was training and the other assisting very patient, due to the long wilderness of the return there was a queue firming very quickly!
Nothing to do with the colleagues or the store. Cotton traders think you need to sort your systems out!!!

Return of jeans
I had to change the jeans I bought as they were too short. I left them a while before returning. The assistant was very helpful and helped me find a longer pair which were much better.

Second pair ordered
