Ordered a click and collect to the Dunfermline store .Recieved an email to say it was dispatched on the 11th May and to wait until I was emailed before I went to collect it .It was a birthday gift for the 17th May (no email sent for me to collect it ) I eventually called customer services on the 19th May ,who told me to call the collection store(Dunfermline) Who then told me that it had been there since the 12th and don’t know why I didn’t get emailed to collect.They told me to check junk emails as it sometimes goes there ,which I had checked and it wasn’t there.

Ordered trouser and top lovely fabric and done a click and collect lady in shop very helpful and told me about the 25inch trousers which would be ideal for me so hopefully they will bring more designs out with trousers 25in length fantastic

The staff are so very friendly and helpful nonething to much trouble

The shoes that I ordered turned out to be too big but the local Cotton Traders shop were a big help in accepting the shoes for return and then ordering a replacement in a smaller size.

Cotton Traders deliver timeously as usual.

Although I had ordered the wrong item and wished to return it I was met with complete understanding and politenes to which I felt was a credible part of Customer Service

I love the range of colours and sizes of the clothes and the convenience of being able to do 'click &collect' and easy returns though I almost never send anything back. I like cosy and comfortable clothes which are also stylish and they also have lovely items for the home. I particularly love the freebies they regularly offer with purchases - bags and dressing gowns are always welcome! I've been a customer for a lot of years and have nothing bad to say about the company. My only wish would be that there was a larger selection available to be seen in person in their sections within the garden centres.

I can either shop on line or at the local garden centre that has a fair sized area there. My last shop was there where I picked up a bargain in the sales. Great helpful staff employed there.

Very helpful staff. Was able to try on the items I'd ordered in the store to check fit. I sadly had to return a couple but that was also dealt with efficiently by the staff.

Goods arrived at local shop in a few days and was able to try on for fitting giving the option to return there and then if unsuitable.
They were spot on, just as I had hoped. 👍.
Leg length longer than expected which was great as I ordered them shorter to be on the safe side knowing I could return and reorder in the shop.
