Staff at Evesham always helpful
Staff at Evesham always friendly and helpful.
Very rarely do they stock ladies size 8. Often when I place an order I am disappointed to find it is too big for me as your sizes seem very generous.
When I have found something to fit, or a household item, it is very good quality.

Quality of some products is poor
Quality of some products is poor. Black trousers purchased. Hook came away from trousers second time of wearing so couldn't do up. Loose threads around button holes.
Benefits for loyal customers. No different to first time purchases. Offers open to everyone. Not special. Loyal customers need proper reward.

Today I had to return two defective shirts. I phoned the Evesham store, the phone was answered by Rhys.
His attitude was positive and helpful.
I later on visited the store and was served by Rhys who sorted out my issues. I was was very impressed by the service I received.

All round pleasant experience
Collected from store after ordering on line. There was a little confusion with parcel but sorted very quickly. Staff asked if we needed to try any items on but we declined. Very pleasant staff.

Quality and the service, I order online and was not sure about size so collected from Evesham branch and it was my first time to buy from cotton traders unfortunately after trial I realised that I need one size small and shop staff was so supportive they cancel and reorder without any hustle.

Found a pair of jeans that actually fit…
Found a pair of jeans that actually fit me! Need to take up the length a bit but otherwise fine. I'm afraid the changing room at the store at The Valley, Evesham left much to be desired. There was loads of fluff that attached to my clothes as I was trying on the garment. Obviously floor hasn't been swept for a while!

EXCELLENT Customer service at Evesham
I have just had the most excellent customer service from Darren, manager at the Evesham store. In fact, all the staff at Evesham are friendly, helpful and patient and I really appreciate being able to return items to store, saving postage. Cotton Traders deliveries are always prompt, ( usually 2-3 days), and I have never had to wait very long for a return to be credited.

The helpful staff at Evesham ( Monica and Darren) ordered the items we wanted that were not in stock, so we could collect them in store with no delivery charge.
