Very disappointed with the service at…Harlestone cotton Traders Northampton
Very disappointed with the service at your cotton traders outlet at Harleston Northampton. Went there sunday morning 27th Nov. No one serving for approx. 10 minutes, then no apology when the lady emerged from the staff door. she then spent a longtime not really doing anything whilst several customers were waiting to be served. eventually two people in front of me lost patience and walked away. she then had a phone call which lasted at least another 10 minutes, she was answering the callers queries but not attempting to end the call even though 3 people including myself were waiting to pay for goods at the counter. 2 customers lost patience and dumped their prospective purchases on the counter , then walked out. Eventually she did serve me, but there was no apology for the wait, just moans from her regarding her job etc etc. I believe that she is loosing your company a lot of trade at this outlet and felt I needed to make you aware of this.

Takes ages to get a refubdI returned goods on 26 Sept but still…
I returned goods on 26 Sept but still haven’t got my refund. I wanted to order more goods but was unable to choose to collect them from my local Dobbies - and I will not pay for Evri to throw my goods over the back gate!
