Both online and instore are great shopping experiences. Website is easy to access and has lots of choice whereas our local store doesn't have the choice but great staff who are very helpful.

The quality is second to none and it looks great on. It fits perfectly and the colour is ideal.
This is the only seller I have liked that do quality clothes and include the larger figure. When I visit the store, the assistants never fail to be helpful.

I've had no issues with Cotton Trader, I prefer to collect from the store I can then try on in their changing room. It also means returns and refunds are painless affairs.
I have been known to indulge in an extra item or two in store 😱🫢😂

Called at Dobbies garden centre to go to Cotton Traders, along with other shops. Experience at Cotton Traders was a delight. Very helpfull friendly staff.plenty of stock to look at, and we bought more than anticipated,(which we would not have done on line)A much better experience than buying on line. KEEP the outlets open!!!

Clothing quality excellent as always. Choice of delivery options, so opted for local shop (in a garden centre so a good excuse for tea & cake, too!) Kept updated about delivery - via text as preference although other options are available.

Yes I like the skirt and bathroom mats I ordered.
There was a delay with the mats (6 weeks) but I was warned and I did not mind waiting. No problem when I collected the items at Dobbies , Morpeth. Staff friendly

Order was delivered quickly to local store and assistant was cheerful, polite and helpful

Ordered footwear to store. They were too large. My return was dealt with swiftly (with email confirmation) and a smaller size ordered.
So much easier than postal returns and you can enjoy a nice chat with the lovely staff at the Dobbies Morpeth outlet.

I combined visiting a store with ordering online. I wasn't sure what size so tried on other items to find the right size. What I wanted wasn't in the store but I'd seen it online and decided to order myself once I'd decided on the correct size. It was an easy process, delivery was quick and I was very satisfied with the product - they are very comfortable and easy to wear.
