Being only 5ft in height the garment was too long, apart from that sizing was good.

Great service.
Speedy service and refund for one of the items I ordered online. It is great having Cotton Traders back in our town, again, as I can drop in whenever I want. The assistants are very friendly and helpful, too!

Not a good experience to start with
Well my experience online was not brilliant to start with, hence I thought I would write this. I had bought stuff in store and was delighted with it. But on buying stuff online on clearance, I was disappointment in some of the items I received. Large being a bit tight so I ordered a XL and it was huge. Then to return the stuff to store, they didn't know what they were doing couldn't seem to do it online with bar code from my invoice that was in the package. So they decided after a few attempts at the cash register to say oh we have to send it away it will be picked up next week and a refund will be issued once they receive the returned items. But giving me no receipt that I had dropped it off although I have my online confirmation but nothing for proof of dropping this off to the store. I will call warehouse regarding this. Put me off buying online from them. First store that hasn't given me a refund immediately. However I did get a reply from Cotton Traders which I am happy about but a bit of staff training in the store would not go a miss as they had suggested to me. I have changed the rating on my experience now to 3 stars.

I am sorry to read that there was an issue in store processing your refund. Once the return is received at our distribution centre they will process a refund back to the card that you paid on. I have today passed your comments to the area manager to investigate to see if further training is needed for the staff.

Great customer experience
I ordered a Windermere 30" coat in my local store last week. I was told it would arrive today. I never heard anything at all and couldn't contact the store, as I dialled the wrong number! I phoned customer services at Altrincham. They were very helpful and friendly. They told me the coat was at the store. I went to the store and the manager was also very friendly and helpful. I am now the happy owner of an excellent coat. Thank you Cotton Traders, great customer focus and products.
