All good so far. Found my new, preferred retailer for my clothing etc. Very friendly and helpful staff at my local stores

Excellent products at good prices. Website easy to navigate. We ordered our goods to be delivered to a local store. The staff were excellent. Friendly and hugely helpful.

I have been shopping here for years. I have always found the staff to be helpful and cheerful, offering good quality at good value prices. Special shout out to Paul the manager, and his assistant manager who always go out of thier way to make me feel welcome and valued.

Although this time I had to return the garment I bought on line, as it wasn’t just what I was needing at present. I was dealt with helpfully and respectfully in my nearest CT shop.

Quality products ordered for collection at our local store. Great customer service as always. We also bought 3 extra polo shirts whilst there.

Even though the item was not in stock - the ability to order and have delivered to my store at a later date was a good experience. The store management at Scarborough is very good.

Visiting Scarborough from Sheffield I was pleased to see a Cotton Traders. I only had a short time and Paul and Gareth were very helpful and friendly. If I lived in Scarborough I would be a regular visitor. The store was well organised and attractive.

Nothing too much trouble. Been into Cotton Traders in Scarborough a few times now and been looked after by Paul and he just cannot do enough for you. Fantastic knowledge and experience.

We were visiting family in Scarborough and wandered into the store. I left with quite a few things and loved everything I got (having never shopped at a Cotton Traders before!). The manager Paul was really lovely, the customer service is worthy of 5 stars :)
