Friendly and efficient staff
The staff are always welcoming and effient.
As always businesses assume everyone has a car so as I haven't, the location is difficult to get there by public transport.
My existing Stagecoach direct service from Swindon town centre 8A, which I used on this occasion, has been withdrawn and replaced with a service no. 51 and a 20min. walk to the shop.

Wrong jeans length but return easy
Order process straight forward with delivery to shop.

Return process to shop easy and no cost but would have been a hassle to return by post as I would not have wanted to pay return postage for an incorrect product

The t shirts were great and fitted perfectly. This was my first click and collect order and I didn't get an e-mail telling me they were ready to collect. So I didn't receive them as quickly as expected.

Great long winter coat
Windermere Waterproof Coat.
Great long coat which covers down to my wellies - other shorter coats have given insufficient protection when walking in the rain. I ordered on-line but when I collected from store it was too tight. The store was great and allowed me to change from L to XL and also brown to blue coloured coat - also maintaining the on-line offer.
It is thick and heavy and definitely a winter coat. I don't anticipate wearing this all the time, but it will be invaluable on cold wet days.
