I use this company a lot. The quality of the clothing is brilliant. When I go to the store at Planters Garden Centre the staff are always really helpful and knowledgeable. They also provide the personal touch that is lacking everywhere these days. This latest shop was online. Great delivery and lovely shirts for my husband. The clothes for both of us are lovely.

Product was as described and helpful staff
Product was as described, trousers - very comfy and with the help of the lady in Planters Garden Centre (Staffordshire) I have the right length. I find it useful to have them delivered to a 'shop' as there is always help and its useful if items have to be returned.

Unsure what size I needed so the staff here ensured I tried on different styles in two sizes for me to decide then ordered online for me as the store had not got the items in store Excellent service.

After recieving email to say order ready to collect travelled to collect only for half the other to be able to be collected
The a week later to be informed no longer on stock
Then when returning the first item sales person in the shop said they were nothing to do with cotton traders
