This spring I have bought two pairs of wide leg trousers which I love. The first pair is a bit more tailored than the second which are more casual so every day is covered. Cotton Traders has hit the fashion just right no matter what your age. Delivery was through one of your shops and they were very good and helpful. All in all the order, delivery and quality of the goods was excellent.

Ordered 3 pairs of shoes which arrived on time. 1 pair fitted really well, the other 2 slightly too small. I took the 2 pairs back to Cotton Traders at the local garden centre, with the receipt, and got a refund within a couple of days. All very easy.

After a recent visit to your East peckham store I experienced friendly & efficient sales lady who was very patient when I decided to swap my blouses i had brought earlier to a larger size plus ordered jeans for me which arrived 2 days later so I am very happy shopping with cotton Traders.

Happen to see the ideal welly style boots in the shop but they were out of my size. Ordered online at the till and they arrived on the expected date. Prefect fit and can't wait to try them out when dog walking!

Click and Collect at the Tonbridge branch in Brookside Garden Centre is always very efficient. The great thing about mail order from Cotton Traders is that the sizing is very reliable.

Excellent service from Natalie at CT's Brookside Garden Centre outlet. I'd seen a raincoat online and called in just in case they had one in stock. They didn't, but she managed to source it from another outlet - especially difficult as it turned out to be last year's stock. It arrived last Friday - especially good as it was my birthday and it was a present from my husband! Great value and it fits beautifully.

We were helped by Sarah who couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly, she is a true credit to your company. My husband finds it hard to purchase trousers with a 27 inch inside leg ,pleased to say we received them very quickly and we are very happy with the quality, be assured that we will be returning for future purchases.

Always collect from Garden Centre which gives me the chance to try and buy. Have been shopping with Cotton Traders for several years and have never had any complaints with quality, sizing etc.
