Size coat I ordered was too big (It was according to Cotton Traders sizing)so a bit unhappy about that . Lady in shop offered to order next size down and repack and return it (that was a plus) albeit... Ver más
It took a few orders to find the correct size but no problem as there's free returns to store. Members of staff at the Trentham store are lovely, making the returns process efficient. Money back on... Ver más

Not informed of delivery to store
Did not receive a email to say it had arrived at the store for collection. went into store on 11th Dec to enquire if they could track delivery, was informed that they had received the item on the 5th Dec but were having problems with their email system so were unable to inform us it had arrived.

Great friendly service
I ordered online and picked my cord trousers up a few days later. I was greeted by the staff in a very friendly manner and asked if I would like to try the trousers on - this is such a helpful service.
The trousers were a good fit, anyway.
