Very good service from ordering to the click and collect service which was only a couple of miles from were we live.

We visited Cotton Traders department at Rivendall garden centre Widnes. We were served by Carol who was very helpful, pleasant and friendly. Bought a man's waterproof coat - exactly what my husband wanted. Thankyou.

How easy it was to order goods online and have them delivered to my local cotton trader store then informed of pick up date.
I have used this site more than once in the past few years.

The website stated that the item had been despatched but no notification to say it's ready for collection. On an offchance I called in to see if it was ready for collection, it had been in since the week before but they didn't have any contact details to say it was ready even though it was ordered online and emailed receipt and my account has all of my contact details?

I purchased a pair of XL cotton pyjama bottoms/lounge pants online. I have often bought items of clothing from Cotton Traders before.

I was really dissappointed with this purchase. The pants were very snug, particularly in their leg width. I believe lounge pants should offer a relaxed fit so they are comfortable to wear when sitting down with ones feet up. I was intent upon returning them but instead decided to kep them as a Christmas present for my son.

The legth of time it took for the order to arrive was also disappointing - over a week. Most other UK based companies do much better than this without requiring an additional payment.

The quality of the pants was good.

Happy with my latest purchase of two.pairs of Travel Trousers. Garden Centre is 10 minutes from home, so well worth having free Click & Collect rather than paying a delivery charge to my home. Staff are always pleasant and helpful and we can browse the garden stuff while we are there.

I just love the jeans, so comfy and wash perfectly.

As always the quality of our goods was very good. Only problem we were not informed our items were awaiting collection at the requested store. After 6 days rang to find out were delivered the day after the order was placed. Still happy with the purchase.

The shorts I bought are very comfortable and being an 84year old they hide my knobbly knees

The items ordered were as described & delivered to the store selected. However, I had to contact the store regarding availability. An e.mail informing me of the goods arrival came two days later. Overall, a satisfactory experience. I was pleased with the items, although found the trousers slightly too big round the thighs. The store assistant was helpful with the order collection.
