Poor service
Pretty disastrous with the first delivery being left on the Front step on a main road instead of the safe place. It was stolen. The second delivery - the replacement was left at the wrong address despite the person being at home waiting for the delivery at the right address. Then I had difficulty getting through to someone who would change it because it didn't fit. They tried to say we had returned it once - but we hadn't because it hadn't been delivered. Not the service I normally get from Cotton Traders - I also suspect that the next size may not fit either so I very much hope we will be offered a refund. I was trying to cheer my daughter up and all it has been is one long hassle. This is not my normal experience with Cotton Traders and I hope it won't happen again.
