We paid for this to have a go on our weekend.
A link never arrived and therefore could not play the game.
We now are asking for a refund and will update if this is applied or not, but at the moment I would advise strongly not purchasing any couch clues product.

Wat een leuke escape room! We hebben er nu 1 gespeeld en willen ook de ander binnenkort doen. Er wordt goed gebruik gemaakt van verschillende soorten puzzels waarbij je elementen uit het filmpje en hints op je telefoon nodig hebt om tot de oplossing te komen. Ik vond het super simpel en duidelijk en het systeem spreekt voor zich. We hebben het met z'n tweeen gespeeld thuis op de bank en dat ging perfect, aanrader dus!

Never received the link to the game (purchased 5 days ago). Not in spam folder and doesn’t appear when order page is refreshed. 2 emails sent and no response. Very poor communication. Very disappointing.

On 31st of December our website was unexpectedly overloaded, which caused some orders not to send out a game link correctly or games that could not be finished and that also led to delayed responses while we manually fixed everything. That’s no excuse, but I do want to explain what happened.
In the meantime, your refund has been fully processed and a new working game link has been sent to you directly, so you’re not left without a solution.
We completely understand your disappointment at the time and we’re very sorry that it felt like poor communication. This situation had a big impact on us as well, and we’re actively improving our processes to prevent this from happening again.

My husband and I had a blast playing this! It took us 77 minutes to complete, so it wasn’t super quick, but also not too long to make us feel bored. Highly recommend, and we can’t wait to play more!

Leuk! Niveau precies goed.
Het spel zat leuk in elkaar. Niet te moeilijk niet te makkelijk. Toen we er snel doorheen gingen herkende het spel ons niveau en maakte het iets uitdagender.
We speelden oudejaarsavond en ineens werkte de server niet meer. Contact opgenomen, maar kwartier later konden we er weer in.
Alsnog reactie met een duidelijke uitleg gehad plus refund, omdat het spel er tijdelijk uit lag. Supernetjes! Ondanks de storing daarom 5 sterren, want we hadden lol en deze manier van afhandelen is top.

Heel mooi om te lezen dat het niveau precies goed voelde en dat het spel zich aanpaste toen jullie er snel doorheen gingen. En dank je ook voor je begrip rondom de storing op oudejaarsavond. Dat was een uitzonderlijke situatie en we vinden het erg belangrijk om daar open en netjes mee om te gaan.
Fijn dat jullie ondanks dat toch plezier hebben gehad en dat de afhandeling goed voelde. Dat je ons daarvoor alsnog 5 sterren geeft, waarderen we enorm.
Hopelijk zien we jullie snel terug bij het andere spel en natuurlijk bij nieuwe cases die eraan komen.

My husband and I just played one of the 2 games, and it was very good! We've played alot of different kinds of escape room games through the years and this was 8/10, well balanced, good puzzles and a fun new format that worked really well. Good fun with an affordable and suitable price. Looking forward to playing the other scenario and hope they will make more

Best Virtual Murder Mystery Game Out There!
I love detective, mystery, and problem solving games and this has been the best one I've found so far! It's the perfect combination of storyline, murder mystery, and riddle/problem solving to find clues. The only issue is that there's only two games available. I'd purchase and play 100 more! Can't wait for the next one to become available!!

Top date night voor 2
Samen met mijn man twee heerlijke date nights gehad, lekker thuis op de bank. Het spel werkte goed, de puzzels waren leuk en we hebben enorm genoten. Echter hier en daar bij een puzzel hadden we beetje het idee dat er wat info ontbrak, waardoor we er niet uit kwamen. Ook hadden wij wat opstartprobleempjes, het was niet helemaal duidelijk hoe je de twee telefoons koppelt, tip; zet in de mail erbij hoe het werkt en wat je precies moet doen om de twee telefoons te koppelen.
Verder gewoon superleuk om vanaf je bank te doen. Aanrader!

Fantastic concept
Played this with my husband and 10 and 11 year old grandchildren. What a great time we had. We had to split it over Saturday night/Sunday morning as we were late starting it and I've never seen these kids get out of bed so quickly in the morning. They were so keen to get going. I appreciated the fact that the game automatically increased the difficulty level as it made it all the more challenging for us. The kids were extremely animated and involved throughout the whole time we were playing and can't wait for the next one. What an inexpensive, enjoyable time we had. 5 stars all the way.
