Great educational principles enabling learning and relearning/ solidifying information by exploring in groups.
The pre live days work was really helpful to provide a baseline knowledge. Nora's delivery, holding of the group and expertise was fantastic.
Great to be able to share with peers in break out rooms.
Ed and Paul being available if needed was invaluable.

This course is excellent. It provides participants with an understanding of theory, 4 Trauma Models, practical application to case studies and time spent in discussion with peers. The addition of an optional WhatsApp group for the course was really helpful for sharing resources, questions and ideas. The live online sessions, supplemented by work to complete at my own pace was perfect for me. I cannot recommend it highly enough.

I cannot recommend this course highly enough for either student or experienced counsellors who want to feel more informed and prepared on how to help clients who are dealing with trauma. The delivery by Nora was fantastic. She is extremely knowledgeable and experienced and at the same time, compassionate and friendly. She kept to immaculate timing and managed a large group of participants with admirable ease. I usually find online training very tiring but this was not the case. The mix of pre-course modules, lectures, break out spaces and full group feedback was the perfect mix and I feel like I have learnt so much. If you do one extended CPD this year, do this!

Nora was a fabulous tutor, so helpful, kind and calming. Also, having on hand tech support from Ed was great.

This is one of the best courses I have done.
From start to finish it is well designed to support all types of learners. The front loading of modules to work through enabled a lot of content to be pre learnt and revisited in meaningful ways on the live training days.

It offers space to develop in a short space of time alongside other supervisors in training. Plenty of time in breakout small groups to practice and discuss and share experiences.
Course tutors were great! Supportive, helpful , challenging us to become strong professional role models. No questions unaddressed. Excellent assignment preparation and support - in live sessions but also threaded through the course materials and video sessions.

Sally-Anne & Nora delivered the fantastic tutor-contact element within the advanced certificate in Clinical Supervision course. They made all information accessible and delivered with warmth and care that allowed attendees to demonstrate a sense of safety in their learning. They knew the content so well and it complimented the pre & mid session self learning to ensure a full educational experience was had.

The tutors were warm, encouraging, approachable and clear. Their presentations were well explained and paced. The opportunities to work with peers on the course were a real highlight, allowing for both practice of necessary skills and networking / peer support.
