Sarah Aatig was incredible to work with. She went above and beyond throughout the entire process—very prompt, responsive, and incredibly detail-oriented. She even helped price match for me and kept a close eye on inventory to make sure I could secure what I needed. That level of care and follow-through made a huge difference.

The delivery was also impressively fast, and everything arrived intact and well packaged.

I have had the most wonderful experience shopping for tile with the help of Maria Ponciano! I have a very old, Country Floors backsplash in my kitchen and wanted to find something for a fireplace surround. After I found a tile on line, I requested information and a sample. Maria has corresponded with me faithfully. She helped me purchase the sample, kept me posted on it's arrival, gave me a quote for purchasing the needed tile, sent me invoices, guided me through the process when I was having technical difficulty, etc., etc. Maria was so friendly with each correspondence while at the same time being very professional and continually helpful. And, this is a very small project, though important to me. I have appreciated her help very much. I trust you value her as a member of your staff, as you should. Thank you, Maria!

I liked the materials delivered. I was expecting a call a couple of days before dellivery but comms sent same day. Materials were securely delivered.

I tried to place an order for samples online. First, the order took a long time to arrive and when it did get to me only half of it had shipped. I called and emailed with Rachel and she cleared it right up. The missing part of my order arrived promptly.
I cannot recommend placing an order with them through the website as it seems to have some serious issues. Just call or email Country Floors directly and you will be all set.

Even though I hadn’t heard anything from you for 11 days I called and item was shipped out same day.. I am doing a repair on my own shower pan and I need the tile to match. So I ordered the sample piece… I will need 3 boxes if this is truly a match. So thanks for helping me get this tile.. I will need a quick turn around if this is a match

Only half of my order was delivered. When I inquired about it, someone was helping me via email, and then disappeared. When I followed up, I got an automatic “Out of the office” response.

So far so good. Great samples and communication was great.

We are a construction & design business. We placed an order on July 22nd. Today is August 10th. It still says processing. At no point thru ordering or checkout or afterwards have we been given any indication as to when our order will ship and the timelines of when to expect it. This is NOT good for our business as we rely heavily on timelines. Reps assigned/replying to our emails also do not give out much info other than the order is "processing" and a trucking company will call us. We would not prefer to do business with Country Floors again without better information and communication in regards to shipping times etc. Highly recommend this be improved. Thank you!
