Poor customer service
My E-mail to Tabasco:
Several years ago I purchased, among other things, a kitchen sink stopper, stainless steel, with the red Tabasco pepper as a handle. I cannot find that product anywhere, including your Country Store (where I purchased it originally). My husband broke the pepper off and I am so sad. Please tell me if you still carry that item. It's for the kitchen sink, it's a stainless steel basket with tiny spoons as drainage holes and a stem with a bright redTabasco pepper for a handle. Help PLEASE

Thank you for your email. We no longer carry that particular item, nor do we have a similar one.

well now, Tabasco folks, Jill, Sheila, etc. that reply was certainly short and to the point--very customer oriented--I am a long-standing fan of Tabasco and have been an advocate of your products to friends and family. I realize I'm just ONE little old customer but, in today's economy, even one can be either a friend or foe and impact a business. Shame on your sorry excuse of what you call Customer Service
No answer, no sorry, no nothing--Experience: Worthless, will never buy anything from them again.
