These sleaze balls sent a text message to my mothers mobile phone requesting that my deceased father complete a new letter of authority for a claim. My father has been dead for 9 years but apparently he's made a finance claim! The upset this has caused is immeasurable and these people should be ashamed of themselves. This isn't an error as my parents have never been customers of Courmacs, this is just cold calling, pure and simple.
