I never received my order I made on 02/08/24, sent multiple emails and the only thing I get is an automated message telling me that have not found the orders you have purchased and to click to ask your question to customer service is pathetic, now all I want is a refund!!!

This company is garbage!! They took forever to mail my hair straightener and then when I received it, there was damage, it was used and I have emailed them multiple times daily wanting to return it and get a refund but all they want to do is offer me $2 and to keep this used and damaged product, damn rip off!!!

If I could give no stars I would! I placed my order over a month ago. Got a notification that my package had been confiscated by USPS due to counterfeit postage after asking several times where my package was because I paid for expedited shipping and getting the same response which is that it was on its way. It was in Memphis 3 hours away from me and now it's back in Oklahoma states away from me due to fake stamps!! I hope this company gets shut down and you guys lose money like I did!! I asked for a refund and was told it had already been sent out but I could get a refund once I receive it and send it back but that's not going to happen now that whoever shipped it is to damn cheap to buy real stamps!! Freakin pathetic scamming people out of their hard earned money!!!!!!!!!!
