Great service, very happy with the end result.

One thing you have to get used to is that Covatar schedules your job after payment. It may take a few days, but it is worth the wait.

One of the most delightful & personal gifts I've given - Loved the artists ability to bring my creative vision to life & then some - the person I gifted cried upon receiving it - it was a Wakanda themed one - and what was awesome was it was done in under 48H - Jacob was really helpful in being able to help me make edits after the fact & delivering on time - clearly a customer-centric organization

I came across Covatar on Twitter and loved the idea! Placed an order through the website with hands on customer support from Jacob (thanks so much!) and was delighted with the final product. The attention to detail was fantastic and my family loved the unique gift! Every person who’s seen the print asks where I purchased it from and I can’t recommend Covatar enough. Thanks for the amazing selection of illustrators, unique gift, and wonderful customer service :)

I LOVE my Covatar and use it in professional contexts. I picked a designer whose style would match with my business image, sent in photos of myself and asked that I be drawn in professional attire. I let Covatar know that I'd be using the image in professional contexts.

My Covatar turned out amazing, but I felt my hair was a little too short (it's been many lengths during the past couple of years). I contacted customer service right away and asked for a minor modification. They quickly made the change for me.

I have professional photos, but they are nearly 10 years old. My Covatar offered a cost-effective, and COVID-19 safe, way to obtain an up-to-date professional-looking image for use in the many online spaces that require one.

I also recommend this for anyone who doesn't love photos of themselves. A professional Covatar is better than leaving your profile image blank.

Covatar is such a brilliant service with wonderful artists and customer support! Not only do I love being able to support artists, but the end result is amazing. I'm not a fan of pictures of myself, and this is the first portrait that I've loved! Customer support was also excellent, especially when I requested a small change to my portrait. My only regret is that I would have done it sooner!

They took my photos and personal interests and created something out of this world! I'm so impressed with the artist's ability to create such a fun, beautiful illustration. All my friends absolutely LOVE it!

I picked Ami to draw my covatar & I loved her style but my neck was a bit too long- Jacob helped us work together to make a great end product! Love my new avatar!

I absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE my Covatar. The process was seamless and the customer service, *chef's kiss*. I wanted a Covatar as a gift to my wife for our one year anniversary (a paper gift). The artist did an amazing rendition of us in fall leaves and the resulting artwork was just phenomenal. If you are on the fence regarding a Covatar, please get off it on the side of ABSOLUTELY YES GET ONE!

Sent two photos, mentioned my interests, and was knocked out by the result! Using it for my Facebook picture, and friends are raving about it. What a remarkable personalized experience for a small amount!

Saw a tweet about Covatar and checked it out. I've wanted a drawn avatar but didn't know how to get one. I checked out the site but had questions. I emailed customer service, and Jacob answered my questions quickly and completely. I submitted money and photographs and answered a few questions and a few days later had an avatar that I really like.

The avatar itself was great, and when I had personal circumstances that necessitated assistance and an image edit, Jacob from customer support really came through. It's the human touch to this experience that will certainly see me as a repeat customer.

Amazing and unique artwork at a reasonable price, the customer support team was great to collaborate with and happily worked with the artists in order to make some small changes I requested. Overall a great experience!

Covatar is the best! I’ve gotten one for myself and one as a gift for a friend. Both times, the service was great, and the Covatar pictures came out beautifully!

Loved my Covatar! There was originally a small issue I wanted resolved and the support team (shoutout Jacob!) was super quick to resolve it. Great communication, great causes, great artists!

I got a portrait of my family cats drawn for my dad's birthday. He absolutely loved it, but wanted a small change. I emailed to see if it would be possible and Jacob facilitated that change quickly and smoothly. Overall the experience was fantastic, and I have a beautiful memorial of the cats. Great experience. I wanted my covatar with a blank background and Jacob was super accommodating.

The illustration was accurate but flattering, beautifully colored and it incorporated my favorite flower. Jacob from customer service quickly and cheerfully communicated the one small change I wanted to make to the drawing, so the end result was something I was 100% happy with
