Failed to ship full order; did not notify of this
I ordered N95 masks and rapid covid test kits from the covcare.com site, which claimed that both items were in stock. I received an email stating that both items were shipped. When shipment was received it contained only masks. Contacted customer support after about 1 week; they said tests were out of stock and would ship in a week. I opted to cancel the test order. On hold for ~15 min until representative answered. They did not inform me until that point that the so-called "in stock" tests were actually not in stock and would ship separately.
