burdensome customer service
I have never written a review before, but felt compelled to do so, in this instance. It was provoked in part by Covers&all handling of my concern about a leaking air bag. ( these air bags are promoted to create an air barrier and lift the furniture cover off the table top) .
The air bag leaked and deflated repeatedly. When I requested a refund/replacement, the representative requested that I inflate the airbag, place it in a bathtub full of water, record a video of the air leak, and download it to the company. It required special software to video this process. I felt this was an excessive burden of proof and abandoned my request. I have since resorted to purchasing out door pillows to create the desired barrier effect.
In addition, the custom designed table cover has leaked and allowed moisture through to the table top. It has been no more effective as a barrier than a previous cover purchased at a local hardware store for a third of the cost.

Third purchase would strongly advise to use them
This is my third purchase from this company. I find the website easy to acquire what I need. You look for the closet cover of the many options that are available. You do the measuring that is required. They have pictures to show you what needs measured. You then send in your measurements with pictures. Viola the product is then looked at by their staff. If they need are any adjustments needed to the design they email you back to confirm or adjust. The tracking of order is always a little off but the end product is awesome

The standard material thickness is more than adequate for my needs and looks like it will hold up under any conditions including high winds and heavy snow.

The cover was a complex fit for an outdoor kitchen. It required several exchanges of information until we had it correct. The design team was outstanding. No production commenced before we agreed on the design. When the cover arrived, I wondered if it would actually fit. Well it did fit like a glove. I could not be more pleased. There was no cost increase from the first quote. Due to the complexity, I expected one.
