Thank you for the wide head wraps. My daughters have enjoyed wearing theirs a lot! On mine it was too tight for my head so I cut the elastic to make it fit better. Other than that I have liked them so far. I like the coupons you can get also. Thanks again.

I personally had a very bad experience with coveryourhair.com. After ordering several products, I received them- straight out of the package- in bad condition. I ordered three berets- two of which were defective with either catches (pulls in the knit before I had even tried it on) or random discolored threads throughout- as well as being very awkwardly fitted (very stiff and disproportionate- unlike how they were pictured online).

When I contacted the company to report this, even after explaining that 1 of the 3 berets I WAS satisfied with (i.e. the other two were actually defective, I'm not just trying to complain!!), they told me that if I wanted to be refunded, I had to pay for the return shipping myself- even though their product was clearly faulty. My intent was not to deceive them into giving me free return shipping on a product I just decided I didn't want in the end, rather, I felt that if a product comes (a) defective (b) horrible quality (c) not as pictured online, it is only the right thing to do (besides for common courtesy and standard customer service) for the company to provide me with a shipping label or to reimburse me for return shipping once they've seen for themselves that my report was true and that the products were in fact defective. However, they were extremely rigid about this. I would like to stress that I paid a nice amount for the three snoods. I understand getting what you pay for- but in this case, I certainly expected decent quality for the money I paid. They weren't cheap. And obviously neither is return shipping. I found their customer service to be extremely inconsiderate and rigid, not following standard protocols of ethical behavior in sales.

In addition, on their website they offer a review option on each product where customers can both write reviews of their own, and read the reviews of others. I was not interested in bashing coveryourhair.com, so I gave a good review for the 1 beret that I did end up keeping, and in order to spare others from purchasing the 2 defective and awkwardly fitting berets, I gave an honest, yet non-exaggerated review of those. My reviews "for some reason" never showed up on the site. When I inquired as to why this was, I was told by a coveryourhair.com representative that comments are first reviewed and may not show up on the site for a few days. It was well past a few weeks and my reviews (again, not bashing, just trying to help potential future buyers) never surfaced under their respective products. Turns out coveryourhair.com censors their reviews, so only the positive reviews are posted to the website.
I really hope this is helpful for you. I personally would never again shop at coveryourhair.com. I feel that it is horrible quality and the prices are certainly not a deal- especially for what you're getting.
p.s. My mother in-law got a pre-tied bandana from coveryourhair.com which came so small that it is difficult to even get on an average sized head! Literally. If she wanted a bathing cap, she would have gotten one!

I was impressed with the selection, the ease of online ordering, and that they had a question and answer box that popped up right there if you needed it. When my product arrived I was so excited, everything was there and in perfect condition.
