DO NOT BUY! Smart Watch Samsung & iPhone Devices Compatible Premium Smartwatch. I wish I had read more about reviews and returns before I bought this load of rubbish. Cheap looking, feels like it will break after one use. App doesn't sinc with watch, mine did only once. I contacted seller who did offer a total refund if I could return it to the biggest, most unreachable address in China. Or 50% refund if I kept the watch. I never did receive my refund. The website has an impossible skype contact but you can email them.Awful product, and no refund.I didn't even want to give one star.

Don't ever buy a Fitbit type watch from CoveVibrant. My partner bought me this watch for Christmas, it stopped working after 3 weeks, battery has obviously died as unable to recharge. 😠 Emailed.. guess what, No reply. Unfortunately, we didn't read the reviews before had. If we had, no way would we have bought one from them.

DO NOT BUY from this site. Exactly the same as the other reviews. the smartwatch does not work. They haven't even replied to my email for a refund 10th Jan.
AVOID - you will lose your money and receive faulty goods.

Received a faulty watch. Poor customer service They did.not want to refund me my money. Said I could send it back but they would not pay the postage back or refund me the postage. They they offered me 70% back of the money and I get to keep the watch. Brilliant what good is watch that does not work and tell you the time. Let alone do all the other things a smart watch does. Avoid !

Very poor service. Ordered a smart watch and had no idea how long it would take to arrive. I contacted customer services and they gave me some information about it. When the product finally arrived it was defective and did not work. I have contacted covevibrant and they are yet to respond. Avoid this company
