I had a great experience here. First, I think the service is a great idea. I booked my test and literally 20minutes later the courier was at my door. The courier waited while I did my test and then took it. Super easy. Then I got worried about if everything would be back in time and tried to change it to a 3 hour test, and they helped me rebook it, within 20minutes another test was at my door and now I even have my results. This is a great service.

I originally booked a postal service with another provider but today the royal mail tracking still hasn't updated as delivered to the lab. In hindsight, knowing now that this service exists I should have just done this. Weekend mail is always a bit of a concern and even though I could still get those results back in time, this is so much more convenient and you're just more sure this way and can relax with my afternoon instead of being worried.

I needed a quick PCR test before a family holiday after the last minute rule changes. CHT came to my door, done the test and I had the result back within a few hours. I could relax and get excited for my holiday whilst other family members who used a different provider were left waiting and stressing about getting their results back which eventually arrived just a few hours before the flight. We will all now use CHT for our next test.
