The company was always there to answer queries. When I ordered my tests on line, they gave me an approximate date when it would arrive. True to their word it arrived on time and it was a Royal Mail signed for parcel I got my money worth on postage. I emailed them to tell them I received it and immediately got a reply to thank me. Would recommend highly
