They didn't ship me what I ordered, charged me more than what was supposed to be charged, then when I received the wrong item they didn't ask me to send it back, just offered a $16 credit when the order was over $100. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS STORE! It shipped from the UK, which is no where near Kerrville TX. So much for supporting locally.

I placed an order with this company and my first charge was $139.60. Then when it showed up on my account, I was charged $167.52.
After waiting over a month for my order I finally received it and it was wrong. When I emailed the company several times trying to get this resolved they finally said the item was out of stock. And... they wanted to only compensate me 14 USD. I couldn't believe it. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

Don't buy anything from here. It's all lies from a china company that took months to get them when I got it all the clothing was poorly made clothes that is miss represented. Then when I wanted to return them it offered me 6 dollars for 70 bucks worth of clothes. Cheap temu BS.

Cowgirlelf is a SCAM! They say it’s a Texas company but the items ship from several different 3rd world countries. Mine originated in Hungary. 4 months later - still no package.

I ordered three shirts -- Supposed to be from Texas and were shipped in from Hong Kong -- They lied about website-- Tried to get me to accept pennies on a dollar for the fraud -- I refused. We can't let these Scammers get away with this stuff. The Blouses were sewn with sleeves about half the size they needed to be and chest was about 32 inches. Terribly sewn and I refuse to pay to have them sent back on a fraud website -- They also sent me some kind of FED EX type shipping bill -- I protested that also

DO NOT ORDER FROM COWGIRLELF! There stuff looks like it’s stitched by a 2 year old and probably is. This is Chinese crap. Not made in Texas per there website. No tags in product cheaply made. They send you fake tracking also. Ripoff

Ordered 3 shirts 11/23/25. Since they were “from TX” I figured I’d have them in a few days. Received them 12/29. I contacted customer service early on and they said no problem on getting them quickly. Track showed they shipped from Italy. 1 top was ok. The other 2 were big squares. When they say loose fit you could put two of me in them. I contacted the two emails for customer service to return. Was told the shipping would be too expensive and offer me $10 on the total $72 paid. I countered and they said the max would be $13. My bad for not doing research.

I ordered 4 sweatshirts almost 2 months ago and haven’t received anything and the shipment tracking keeps changing

it took a very long time to get the sweatshirt, I ordered on 11/28/25 and received it on 1//5/26 and yes, the tracking was last updated on 12/26/25. I finally received the sweatshirt today, and after reading all the reviews i was pleasantly surprised. Shirt looks just like it was displayed, material is very nice. I'm happy with the purchase.

Complete scam of a company they basically just took my money, absolutely no customer service and you can’t contact them, there tracking is real tracking it’s fake, just says the same thing, never changes ?
They take your money and there’s no way to get it back?
This company needs to be investigated and held accountable for fraud,
If you do order from them just kiss your money goodbye!

I placed an order on 12.2 and on the 17th, the tracking status showed it was in customs in Ireland. I researched options for refund and the website says if the item is on sale/discounted no refund. Also states refund must be requested within 16 days. Since the item wasn’t even in the US within that time frame I requested the cancel the order. They just replied saying “I must be disappointed” and they will keep tracking it. I am filing a complaint for unfair trade practices.

The website said the clothes were made in Texas...NOT! The clothes look cute on website but in person are CRAP! You can easily tell they are made in CHINA! This is a scam, DO NOT buy anything from this website!

My experience is less than 1 star but a zero is not an option. I ordered my shirt and paid for it back in September. I have yet to receive it. When I contacted the company, they suggested I track the package. I did and documentation indicates the package was left “on the porch”. My question is “whose porch”. They can’t tell me.that. That is impossible because my mailing address is a PO Box at the Post Office and packages are not left on the porch I contacted the post office twice and they told me they never received the package. I contacted the company probably 10 times since September trying to get them to send me another shirt or refund my money and they refuse to do it. They said they’re not responsible for where the package is delivered. Cowgirlelf states it’s not their problem if it was delivered to an incorrect address. They suggest I contact the person they used to deliver, but I have absolutely no idea who that was and because this is an overseas company this has turned into a nightmare. I will never order from them again no matter the cost of the item or the design of the garment. BEWARE!!!!

Ordered October 1rst and found out within minutes they were a scam. I canceled my order and received an email asking why I was canceling and told them as such. On October 17 I get this random email my parcel has been shipped. No company name. I thought, scam email. 10 days later I get the tops I ordered and canceled. Omg 😲 these tops are hardly good enough to donate to goodwill!! I already canceled my order so I simply threw them away!! Well, my bank was contacted by the company saying I never canceled and they mailed the crap so they got their money. Also my amount was 108 and they charged me 130

This website is a scam. Nothing is in Texas like website shows. Takes a month to get order then the quality is poor oversized and looks nothing like the photos on the website. Stay away from this company. Won't give you a full refund. Said the warehouse is in China and shipping is expensive to send back. Only wants to give $10. back on a $115. order. Seriously.. Stay away from this company.

If I could rate it a minus star I would. All the reviews I read are absolutely right! They are a scam big time! Same thing happened to me but luckily I only spent $38. They are up to a $11 refund but I’m still going because I want to annoy them as much as they have annoyed us! Why can’t we do something about these places? They even said they were USA Made. Bullshit! I’ve decided I am not ordering anything on Facebook ever again. I was warned years ago and now I definitely won’t order from anywhere in Facebook.

ORDERED A FALL SWEATER WHICH TO WEEKS TO ARRIVE AND WHEN IT DID-OMG!!! THE FABRIC WAS ALL WRONG, COULD HAVE 2 PEOPLE IN IT, WHOEVER SEWED IT SERIOUSLY HAD NO IDEA WHAT THEY WERE DOING (THE SLEEVES HAD BEEN CUT IN DIFFERENT LOCATIONS AND SEWN BACK TOGETHER (ONE SLEEVE IS LONGER THAN THE OTHER) THEY OFFERED ME $3 AND THEN $5-JUST WANT MY MONEY BACK-SCAM!!!!! PLEASE DO NOT FALL FOR IT THEY WILL GET YOU IN THE END.
