Disgusting customer service

Bought the bed via wowcher, it came on time but the delivery men left the bed outside on the garden path.
The bed left outside of my front door was not the bed I have ordered so I have been trying for the last 3 weeks to either get the bed exchanged for the one I ordered or get a refund.

At this point the wrong bed is still in its packaging and I have heard nothing from the seller and wowcher appear to be giving me the run around.
Surely they have a responsibility to ensure their ‘trusteed Merchant are not conning their customers.

If this is the kind of service I get from what wowcher calls its trusted merchants then I I will stop my family and anyone I know shopping with wowcher.

This company sells through wowcher. What is shown on picture is not what you get. The mattress is very poor quality and certainly not what you see in pictures.

Delivery is not what they scheduled leading to many phone calls, none of which they return.. When finally delivered the delivery man was rude and threatening extra charges.

Absolutely disgraceful company

Absolutely disgraceful company . I ordered 2 single Divan beds for my two little grandsons for Christmas .
They failed to deliver on 4 dates they provided then turned up at my daughters address with no notice so nobody at home . They called me asking to leave them outside 🤬
I have had to take a dispute out to get my money back now as they are not answering the phone .
DO NOT USE THIS DISGRACEFUL COMPANY

Bunch of scammers

Bunch of scammers, keep having excuses for a bed that should have been delivered weeks ago. Now fighting with Wowcher and this company for one of them to give my money back, still nothing and no answer on their phones

Dont do it!!

I wouldnt even give this couldnt even give this company a one star! They messed my order up and i asked for a refund and now theyve blocked me give me the wrong colour couch and cushions

Absolutely appalled

Absolutely appalled by the quality of my sofa and the customer service. The sofa had rips/ tears on the majority of the seams. As well as large green stains and uneven/ mismatched panelling on the base. More over, the cushions didn’t even fit! When getting in contact with the company, the response we received was disgusting! We were told to just wipe off the stains and to squeeze the cushions in, with no mention to the rips! when following up on their reply we were BLOCKED! DISGUSTING DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.

Unreliable delivery

After ordering our bed and being called to tell us the delivery date, the bed did not arrive on the date. I had to chase to find out what happened. Was then given a date of the following week but the day before was told that there would be no delivery again. Communication was awful trying to speak to someone to find out what had happened on both failed delivery dates. Cancelled and went elsewhere as too unreliable.

Great product, Terrible service!

The product we ordered itself is of a very high quality and extremely comfortable. A great quality bed and a guaranteed great night sleep. The best sleep I’ve had in years.

The service however, is another story in itself. I was made aware of the business’s short staff this particular week but it is no excuse for the dreadful service we received.

The bed was due to be delivered on Tuesday. Then it got pushed to Friday between 3-5pm. Never showed up. Tried calling the shop, no answer, they never answer the phone in fact. When we did eventually make contact, the person on the phone could not get hold of his driver. That was that, no delivery. We had removed our old bed and mattress in anticipation for this delivery. Was told it would come the next morning. Then it got better. The delivery did take place Saturday midday, only for the driver not to have our mattress on the van! Brilliant, so a bed and no mattress. The driver was rude and came alone, so it fell on me to help him unload the van which is also unacceptable, the customer should not have to be spending £1000 on a bed and then having to unload it! Not very health and safety!!! I get that one of the driver was off with a chest infection, but that is not the customers problem! The driver who did attend was an elderly man who was clearly struggling and I can’t believe I had to help him unload it.

Then we had to wait until Monday for the mattress as nobody works at the weekend. Turns out the driver had delivered our mattress to someone else. He was supposed to come Monday morning but didn’t come til the afternoon and prioritised other deliveries ahead of ours, despite us being without a mattress and having to sleep on the floor all weekend!

We were told we would get a partial refund. This was the sum of £50 which was also a bit of a kick in the teeth. We settled on £75 as I just wanted to be done with it. The refund was going to be sorted on Tuesday morning but it didn’t and once again they didn’t answer or reply and only just received it Friday morning. Absolute shambles. A terrible experience and won’t be using their services or recommending them to anyone else. A real shame as I had high hopes.

My partner has a brain tumour and is very ill and this situation has been made worse by the added stress and unprofessional service of this company. No compassion and not exactly very apologetic. Not professional at all. AVOID.

The best bed I have ever bought.

I bought my bed from here because of the reviews, omg the bed is absolutely gorgeous, it was so heavy which also tells me it's very well made, for anybody who is looking to purchase a bed this is definitely the right place, I would recommend this to anybody! The driver was so helpful many thanks to him, and a massive many thanks to cosybedsandsofas, you've done us proud thank you...

Beautiful bed, poor customer service

I ordered the Emily bed in February and was really pleased with how quickly they delivered my order. They contacted me within 3 days of my order being placed and we agreed a convenient date for delivery.

The bed is beautiful, just what I wanted. Assembly was easy enough with two people. However, I must have been unfortunate to have a faulty part of the bed as from the first night I found I was rolling into a dip in the middle of the bed. Within a week there was a bed in the metal bed frame that the mattress rests on. I only weigh 10.5 stone, so would not expect a king size bed frame to break and bend under my small weight.

I tried calling the store to report the problem but no answer, so I emailed Jason on 08/03/2022. Jason replied the next day to say somebody would call me to arrange a solution to the problem. Nobody called me until 11/03/2022 - 4 nights of having to sleep on the floor due to the bed being unusable.

I was then reassured on the phone that they had checked with the bed frame manufacturer and they both believed I had received a faulty frame. The manufacturer would deliver the replacement frame to their store on 14/03/2022 and they would call me to arrange for a swap of the faulty frame. It's now another 3 days on and still no answers, telephone calls not answered. 9 days I have had to sleep on the floor and still no replacement part :(

All in all, beautiful bed, terrible customer service - would not use again.

we are really sorry for the inconvenience caused in the delay of the replacement part been shipped to you, we had 2 members of staff off ill last week in the office so there was a few delays getting back to customers but I can see the part was delivered to you on the evening this review was left.

Just brilliant!!!

Recently bought a 2 & 3 seater Windsor suite, right from the get go this company was fantastic!!! From their customer care, upholstery and manufacturing knowledge, brilliant, attention to detail, second to none!! Jay rang on the day with a time they’d be delivering, which was helpful, I wasn’t waiting around all day. I would definitely recommend this company, it’s a shame there’s not more than a 5 star option!!
