She stole some of the items from the room!

She stole some of the items from the room she cleaned for me. I called her back and she never responded. Plus this company is very disorganized. Several times I set appointments and nobody showed up.. Even the maid told me that the company was worthless.

Hired a cozy maid -thief!!!! BEWARE!!!

Hired a cozy maid she came to clean after she left. We noticed Jewelry missing, family, jewelry diamonds. We. contacted her immediately and she reported that the Jewelry got sucked up by her vacuum cleaner. We had to drive to her to pick up the jewelry sent to emails to cozy maid corporate no response.
So disappointing, upsetting traumatic devastating! Never hire this company!!

Bad service

Well I made a second appointment they said that Vaughn was going to come and clean the house at 8 am and I look in my emails and she canceled the appointment via email no call or text and 5 min before she was supposed to clean my house . Bad customer service I won’t be reaching out to them any more . They truly don’t give a crap about there business or customers !!

Horrible

I have had a horrible experience. Bought a Groupon and scheduled service easy enough. The morning of my appointment I noticed the voucher had been redeemed and the maid was a no show. I finally called and she said she had no transportation and could t make it. I tried to get a refund with no luck k and Groupon was absolutely useless. I’m out $200 and there is no phone number to reach the company

I would not even give them 1star……

I would not even give them one star… Over the years I’ve dealt with them and never had a good cleaning job only credit for the bad jobs or the people not showing up. So this time I use my credit to have somebody come and she showed up with one little piece of cloth and a squirt bottle to do my floors and my bathrooms and for three hours she used a little tiny piece of cloth and it looked just like it did when she came in. I complained a cozy made and sent in pictures and they said it’s up to her whether she wants to refund me. And then I got a notice she wouldn’t refund me. So I lost my $104 credit and because my credit card had been compromised they didn’t have the new ones so they weren’t able to charge Me Another $34 or whatever it was and I’m not giving him my credit card. But do not do business with cozy maid, cleaners, or Aglow cleaners, which is the mother company. They will not stand behind their work. They figured issuing me a credit for one and a half hours would take care of this. I lost $104 credit. I will never use them again and I would warn anybody else not to either.

I would give Cozy Maid a minus score…

I would give Cozy Maid a minus score and Goupon as well for there late (if any)?response to all the issues dealing with this scam company they are advertising.
Do not think of using this company unless you like the idea of wasting much time and energy. 🤬

NO SHOW from Cozymaid 2 times

I had an order thru Groupon and scheduled an appointment with Cozymaid… NO SHOW for the cleaning. Rescheduled for the following week..NO SHOW. Couldn’t be more disappointed no help from Cozymaid or Groupon

I have breast cancer and have had 4…

Horrible horrible customer service by both Groupon and CozyMaids.

I have breast cancer and have had 4 surgeries in the past 6 weeks.

Trying to get help cleaning my tiny apartment because I need it cleaned and sanitized so I don’t get an infection.

I paid for a cleaning Groupon that I’m not allowed to redeem.

I have tried and tried again to contact both Groupon and Cozy Maids
numerous times and they keep redirecting me to each others emails.

This has been happening for 3 weeks.

Im so frustrated don’t ever buy from these people!!!!

Cozymaid is a complete scam!

Cozymaid is a complete scam! They were a NO SHOW!!! A maid supposedly accepted the scheduled cleaning and was in response to me prior to the actual cleaning. However, on the day of the cleaning after the scheduled time I began to reach out but received no response. Thank goodness I made my purchase on Groupon and was able to request an immediate refund when they did not show up. They also have no customer service so there’s no way of calling anyone. You have been warned!!!

They do not show up! Cozy maids is trash

Three different times I scheduled them to come clean my house. The first time was a no call no show, the second time they canceled after the start time and the third time they canceled at the last minute.

Each time I email to complain, there is no phone number, Emma emails me back and says sorry. Sorry is not good enough, you have wasted a lot of my time now!

This company is a complete scam

This company is a complete scam. I was foolish enough to have bought first a Groupon and then a separate voucher directly from them for 6 hours of service, thinking I would get a deep and thorough cleaning for that since most of my cleaning help has taken 4 hours to clean the house as an individual and 3 hours as a team.

With Cozy Maid, the first time they sent a young very pregnant woman who had no business doing heavy-duty cleaning work and the second time the woman they sent spent a good deal of her time talking but in 6 hours did not even finish 60% of the house, left dirt and dust everywhere despite supposedly doing a thorough cleaning and then had the nerve to charge me an extra $50 for an extra hour and the advanced cleaning she claimed she was doing! In the places she was supposedly cleaning deeply the few where she actually spends time and looked like she was doing some work) I found tons of dust and dirt and clear evidence that she had not actually done much of ANYTHING. I was completely ripped off and would warn everyone against even thinking about buying a voucher or using this service....you will absolutely regret it and feel a fool as I do.

PS the "Cozy Maid" company cannot be reached in any way. They make it impossible to get customer service or a direct response and therefore you will have to protest any extra charges to your credit card company. You have been warned!

Not Dependable Very Disappointed

I first got an email stating that there was a conflict between two cleaners The second time I scheduled the day before the cleaner canceled, her child was sick I rescheduled a third time the cleaner called an hour before her due time to show up stating she was in the hospital. Please be aware. Trying to erase my information from the portal that I set up It's very difficult so be aware I'm checking my credit card making sure that it has not been charged there is no way to delete it from the portal

Buyer Beware - Do NOT Use

TLDR: I wouldn't buy the Groupon if you don't want to deal with additional, unauthorized charges on your credit card after the cleaning completes.

Context: I used this Groupon once as a gift in 2021, and once for myself in 2024. In the instances where I used the CozyMaid cleaning service in 2021 for the gift for my mother, the cleaners were not very fast and didn't clean much in the 2 hours. My mother's usual cleaning service can get the whole house done in an hour with 2 cleaners. With 2 hours for 1 cleaner using the highly-rated Cozy Maid cleaner(s) that arrived, we had to pick only the bathrooms and parts of the kitchen to do as the workers are paid hourly and they're incentivized to work super slowly so they can request payment for additional hours. Plus, they weren't super thorough and I had to keep telling them obvious spots that they missed.

In 2024, I had some Groupon credits and thought I would use it for a cleaning in a house I hadn't lived in a while due to hurricane damage. The bathrooms were very dirty, but also pretty small (1 is the size of a super small closet), so I figure 2 hours for 1 cleaner would be enough just to do 2 small bathrooms. Not at all.

The cleaner didn't do the outside of any of the fixtures, just cleaned the inside of the toilet and tub in one bathroom, and kept wanting to make conversation instead of getting down to cleaning. After the cleaner left, I got a text message from Cozy Maid that there was a problem with my payment information and if I didn't fix it, the cleaner who came wouldn't get paid. I thought this was weird as I booked the entire appointment using credit and there was to be no charge.

I did not take any action related to the payment message since everything was paid for before the cleaner even came but checked my credit card to make sure there was nothing funny going on. I then saw an unknown charge from "Homeaglow" on my credit card. I didn't know what this is but after some Internet sleuthing, it looks like it is another name for CozyMaid.

This unknown company/CozyMaid had charged me additional money on top of the original cleaning charge that was quoted to me as $79. When I logged into CozyMaid, I saw an additional amount billed as part of their "platform fee", which matched one of the charges on my credit card from "Homeaglow". I am not even sure how they got my current credit card information as the card on file was from 2021 and was no longer active.

Putting an unauthorized charge on my credit card post visit was unacceptable. When I tried to contact customer service, I found out CozyMaid doesn't even have that as an option on their web site - just a bunch of precanned articles. If I wanted to request a refund, you can only request a full refund - not a partial one for the amount of the overcharge on my credit card.

I looked up Homeaglow customer service and submitted a request to be contacted. It has been 5 days with no response. Ended up having to cancel the credit card and get a replacement one to make sure they don't keep charging my credit card as I saw there was a 2nd charge on my credit card from "Homeaglow" labeled as a transaction fee that appeared later.

No Shows No Cancel No Clean

I bought a gift of one year of cleaning for my elderly mother, however, the company has failed multiple times to fulfill the scheduled appointments. People accept the cleaning assignments then no-show, show and leave early, never cancel and do not communicate. If Cozy Maids is in this for a quick buck that will happen, however, if they are looking for longevity they will need to up their game and quality of hires.

Cozy Maid (should be Lazy Maid)

4/4 Bought a Groupon for a maid service from Cozy Maid. 4/12 service was scheduled to happen. The "service" was horrible! I paid for 6 hours, the girl left after 1hr. She didn't bring any cleaning supplies (which is Clearly stated in the contract she would bring her own supplies). I put out every cleaning product I had and supplied with vacuum and Broom. She was late, she was rude and brought "a friend" without even asking for permission or any notice.

She left after an hour and said she was going to buy cleaning supplies... she never came back, didn't clean at all (on her phone the whole time), and then had the nerve to text me "yo house is nasty ". Rude!!!! This is not a professional service and I blame Groupon for offering the service and charging me, and the company Cozy Maid for hiring and sending someone so rude and unprofessional my house.

I have contacted both groupon and Cozy Maid and both are giving me the run around. Cozy offered credits toward my next housecleaning. I refused and said I would NEVER use their company again! I asked for a full refund from both Cozy and groupon and have NOT gotten acceptable resolution. That Maid (Maleah) should be fired!
