I wrongly ordered my cpap mask through…
I wrongly ordered my cpap mask through this company, only realised when it arrived my bad. Upon opening my parcel I noticed it was in a double size bag ie pack of 2 , with just the one mask in, as ordered, the inner bag was open upon delivery.so I emailed said company to sort a return out, for a refund ,they asked if it had been used , obviously not. Then said they won’t take it back as it had been opened, picture evidence,when I strongly stated it arrived opened they dismissed me and said they were not taking it back , I feel cheated let down and gobsmacked as I’m £52 out of pocket I can’t afford , I’ve since bought the right mask from a different company , I will not use these again , be very careful horrible customer support in my opinion.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept CPAP masks for return once the inner protective packaging has been opened, even if the mask has not been used, as we cannot safely resell an opened medical device.
