Thorough directions and also thorough sleep reports which I wasn’t expecting.

We completely understand your concerns about the postage time. Once we pass our orders over to Australia Post, the delivery process is entirely in their hands, and sometimes delays can occur, even with relatively short distances. We always aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible, but the shipping times are ultimately determined by Australia Post once the package is with them.
