Placed two orders a while ago, both packages seemed to have got lost. Getting contact was difficult initially but my issue was resolved after a while. I've since had contact with the owner about the issues and my items have been shipped and received. Quality of items are great and I'm happily wearing them.
Very unprofessional company. You’re required to request returns by email, but they just don’t respond.
Almost all items are permanently “on sale,” while they use that as an excuse to refuse returns. This looks like an attempt to bypass consumer protection laws (right of withdrawal).
Would definitely not recommend.
Unfortunately buying at CPG-STUDIO DE was a very disappointing experience. I tried to contact them multiple times by email but received no response. The lack of communication feels very disrespectful towards the customer and as a result, exchanging or returning items is also impossible. Please consider this a warning.
