I have just taken delivery of various bathroom parts. Communication on timescales and delivery has been excellent and accurate.
The delivery driver, Grant, was super helpful, courteous and polite. Highly recommend

We had a mixed experience, but overall a positive one. The delivery of our items was later than expected, which was a bit frustrating and did require us to chase the team a couple of times. That said, whenever we did get in touch, they were always really helpful and responsive.

Once everything arrived, the quality was genuinely exceptional and definitely worth the wait. We ordered a marble vanity unit which unfortunately discoloured quite quickly, but the team handled this brilliantly and arranged a replacement free of charge without any hassle.

A special mention to Melissa and Fiona, who were both extremely helpful throughout the process and made a real difference to our experience

Due to a long narrow driveway (up a hill), large trucks are unable to come to our property. I had advised of this in advance and Peter and Connor willingly wheeled my items up on a palette and put them straight into my garage. I was extremely grateful as I know it is not easy for delivery drivers who come to my house.

Excellent service. The attention to detail is first class from professional and considerate staff.

I’ve been to so many other companies with what seemed to be a difficult request - I wanted to relocate my bath in a small L shaped room. I got so many no’s but Jai made it happen.

He was also super patient with how long it took me to get everything sorted due to work commitments. Not once did he show any frustration; even when I was an hour late for a meeting because I was so jet lagged and got off at the wrong station.

He made me a CP Hart customer because I bought into him before the company.

Excellent service from a well informed team. Super courteous and punctual delivery from Grant and Ian too. Special shout out for Kezhan and Nishant in Primrose Hill office too.

The service given by this company is the best I've experienced in many years. I purchased an item from them over a year ago. It failed, (a manufacturing issue rather than any fault of CPH, and on contacting them they just took ownership of the problem and resolved it. Replacement on its way as a warranty claim. Great service, great comms. All companies should give service like this.

Delivery today of my Duravit product from CP Hart. I was fully updated of the time of the delivery and both guys, Grant and Denis, were polite and took the items into my house for me. Other companies will sometimes only deliver kerbside which can be problematic!

Very impressed by the efficency of Jasmine Mackay , Senior sales consultant. I asked for some sample tiles & she sent them straight off, they arrived the next day.

We've just taken delivery of a bathroom unit, sink and taps. We were kept informed of delivery time and the driver, Wade, could not have been more helpful and pleasant.

I contacted C P Hart to place an my initial order and was very impressed by the service received.

From the outset I liaised with Syed Hasnain, and I found the communications from Syed to be prompt, friendly, helpful and professional.

All the queries that I raised were responded to without hesitation, and this was also evident when needing to return incorrectly ordered items as per Hansgrohe Customer Service advice.

Michelle has been absolutely outstanding in handling the issue with the broken mirror. She actioned immediately and went above and beyond to ensure that all of my concerns were clearly communicated to the company that sold the mirror.

I had a fantastic experience working with James Halsey at CP Hart Wimbledon. I went into the process not really knowing what I wanted for my en-suite bathroom but James made everything feel very easy from start to finish.

He was incredibly helpful throughout, offering guidance and suggestions without ever being pushy. He really took the time to understand what would work best in my bathroom and helped me feel confident in the choices we made.
