I absolutely adore Craft Club (not to be confused with My Craft Club)!!! I have gotten probably 20 kits from this amazing woman owned business and every single time the shipping is fast and usually free with some added goodies! I just finished a latch hooking kit I got a while ago and they give you lots of extra yarn and amazing instructions (including video tutorials). I also love the founder Nakisah and she has reached out to me personally several times to thank me for supporting her business and making sure everything is up to par with the kits I’ve received. Don’t be fooled by cheap knock offs; Craft Club is high quality with amazing customer service!

Beautiful kit and amazing customer service!
This was my first order from Craft Club and I was really impressed! The kit was really well presented and easy to follow. It was such a relaxing activity and the perfect way to switch off and unwind.
The customer service was also great. My kit was missing some wool, but they responded straight away and sorted it immediatley.
The only downside to this company is that they are based in Australia, so delivery can take a while.

Good product BUT takes too long to arrive!

Just paid $14.95 for express post and it’s now day 3 and tracking says Australia Post haven’t collected item from you yet. So why pay for express post, there’s nothing express about it!
Just read some previous reviews and getting the bigger picture - the products are coming from overseas. I won’t be buying from you again. I understand a lot of stuff comes from overseas but at least other suppliers have the product in Australia ready to go. 🚀

Hi Angela, thank you for your feedback. I’m so sorry to hear about the shipping delay, especially after paying for express delivery. But thank you for your kind words about our latch-hooking kits.
We operate two warehouses - one in Mt Kuring-gai, Sydney and an international one in Shenzhen, China. During busy periods, we sometimes ship best-selling or new kits from our international warehouse when they are out of stock locally, which would explain why your order took longer than expected despite the express shipping. In the past we didn't do this, and we used to get complaints from our Aussie customers that so many kits were unavailable to purchase. Whilst we make sure to update our shipping windows to reflect this change, I agree with you completely and we should have made it even clearer on our website.
I completely understand your frustration about paying for express shipping and not receiving it, and I am so sorry for this experience. We’re happy to refund your express shipping cost in full - please reach out to our customer service team with your order details and we'll process that refund straight away.
The good news is we have a major Australian restock arriving next week, so moving forward from March this year, Australian orders will all be shipped entirely from our Sydney warehouse, which should eliminate any delays for our Aussie customers.
We appreciate you taking the time to leave this feedback - it really does help us to improve our service as well as our products!

This is a scam
This is a scam. Nobody subscribes to a subscription, when you purchase ONE BOX the company secretly signed you up for a subscription that you have no idea you were going to be getting. Then all of a sudden, you start getting charged between 30 and $70. When I found out what was happening, I contacted PayPal. PayPal immediately refunded my money when I reached out to them about this company. They have had numerous reports about their dishonest business practice.

NOT OUR COMPANY! Hi there, Im so sorry you've had a bad experience but it looks like you are confusing us with another American-based business called 'MyCraftJoy' that are illegally using the name 'MyCraftClub' on their kits. You can find their trustpilot under 'CraftJoy' I believe.
Here at Craft Club we sell a range of easy and beginner friendly DIY kits that are designed by our in-house team. We don't offer have any subscriptions, we don't save customers information and we would never charge a customer without permission. We also have an excellent customer service team that are always happy to help with any issues or refunds, so you would never have an experience like this with us.
It would be amazing if you could remove your review and put it on the correct trust pilot account. Or if you do shop with us, we would love to show you just how great our products and customer experience is!

The shipping time was misleading
The shipping time was misleading, which is particularly frustrating at Christmas time. While I agree I ordered after the Christmas cut off, the listed shipping time was 2-7 days, so I ordered. It was dispatched overnight, however I was then told shipping was to be 6-14 days because it was being dispatched from an international supplier. This is also a little bit tricky from a company that is big on its story as a small Australian business, I would add that all communication I had from customer service came at around 2am AEDST which suggests they are also not based in Australia. They refused to refund my order but instead offered a voucher for 30% of my order, then 50% of my order. This is something I suppose, but not when their website seemed deliberately misleading, and when I had to purchase an alternative. The voucher would also mean that I had to again spend money with their company because nothing cost the amount they were offering. However, in the end it came in the original time - I mean Aus Post are that good. A very frustrating experience, it all just seemed a little disingenuous.

Thank you for this feedback and I’m so sorry you’ve had a frustrating experience during the Christmas period. You’re absolutely right that our shipping communication wasn’t clear enough, but we promise we’re working on making it better.
We operate warehouses in both Mt Kuring-gai, Sydney and internationally in Shenzhen, China (that ships to our large international customer base). During peak Christmas demand, we shipped from our international warehouse when best-selling or new products were out of stock locally. Whilst our shipping time-frames were updated to reflect this change, we should have made it even clearer on our website that some kits might come from our other warehouse.
Regarding the customer service timing - we have a large audience in the US, so our CX team operates over a 24-hour period to ensure no one is left waiting regardless of their time zone. This means our team answers messages at different times throughout the day and night to provide the best service possible. We hear you on the voucher experience not feeling right either, I’m very sorry for that. And we are always happy to offer a full refund if you’d like to return an item that didn’t arrive on time.
The good news is we have a major Australian restock arriving next week, so moving forward, Australian orders will be fulfilled entirely from our Sydney warehouse, giving you the genuine local experience you expected from us as an Australian business.

Gorgeous kits and even better service
I was looking for a craft kit to do to stop myself from doom scrolling and found Craft Club. I’ve been working on my first needlepoint pouch and it’s been incredibly satisfying plus I’m so excited to use it when it’s finished. Imagine my disappointment then when I realised I’d either lost or accidentally binned my last bit of yellow thread so I couldn’t finish my lemons! Thankfully Joey solved my problem straight away and kindly arranged to post me out some more. I really appreciate the great personalised service and will definitely be ordering again 🩷

J’ai rencontré un petit souci avec ma commande à cause d’un problème de stock, mais l’équipe de CraftClub a été irréprochable. Shasha a été très gentille et transparente tout au long de l’échange.
Le remboursement a été effectué rapidement et la communication a été claire du début à la fin. Malgré l’article indisponible, l’expérience client a été vraiment très positive.

I ordered a craft kit as a gift. Sadly when it arrived the box was all squashed and I would've been embarrassed to gift it. I reached out to the customer support team with a few pictures and they sent me another, no questions asked. Thanks

Cute and convenient crafting
Bought a latch rug kit and a half-stitch bag from Craft Club. The delivered package was a little roughed up but the products themselves were fantastic. Really easy to follow instructions, the video is helpful, having the craft items all set up for you and ready to go is a dream. Crafting the rug is relaxing and therapeutic, easy enough to do whilst watching TV or paying attention to something else. Seems like good quality, and while not yet finished the rug is coming along nicely. I love it, and have recommended Craft Club for others!

Saw advert for these kits
Saw advert for these kits, got the first box for £24 instead of £50.when it came was a tiny box, (advert box was bigger) inside 3 items a tiny flamingo keychain, a tiny àmigarumi fox and a string heart kit. Kits you could buy separately for far less! Definitely not worth the original £50! Let alone £24. Was soo disappointed 😞

Fantastic company!!
I’ve ordered a few kits from craft club, and I’m so so impressed! Each one comes with everything you need, packed so well and nicely, including video links to very clear instructions that can help the most clueless of beginners. The customer service is great too, with kind and helpful advice. In the near future I’d definitely like to order again!
