The chat online function worked really well for us as we live in Australia. We had some questions re the design of the doormat and the responses were prompt and informative. Lovely outdoor mat..Would have liked it a little thicker and would have preferred the 'e' letter to have been a little more distinguishable. But I'm very fussy. Would still buy again.

This is the second time I have bought a personalised door mat and it turned up looking fantastic. This is for a present and I would be truly thrilled if I received this. From my previous experience, the quality of the mat is great, and it cleans up very well with a brush and a damp cloth.
