I was so pleased with my purchase of a personalised jewellery box for my Grandaughter who was leaving for the USA & I wanted it as a leaving present. It was exactly as it looked in the photo & perfect for her needs. Unfortunately I had left it tight for delivery even paying the higher delivery charge. The lady pulled out all the stops to ensure it was with me in 2 days. What a service. So kind & helpful. I would thoroughly recommend this company .
