Currently waiting 10 business days for a police accident report. Contacted the site for assistance at day 8 and their response was that I could expect a follow up from them in 5 to 7 business days!

I was involved in a hit and run accident and after 15 days, the report is still not ready. I've sent several messages, and I get no response. There is no number to call and police department just tells me I have to wait. Unbelievable. This site is worthless.

Absolutely horrible just like every other bad review here. I would give them zero stars! I have received nothing other than an automatic confirmation email that said it takes so many days and still no report.

It's been 20 days (14 business days). NOTHING. Even advanced search produced nothing. I "contacted" them via their website 5 business days ago. No response. Even our insurance adjuster cannot get a copy for the insurance company. Ridiculous.

It has been one month and the report is still not on their site. I went to the police station to get the report and they wanted $25 for a copy!!! They told me that they have issues with the website. I think the police didn't submit the report so they can get $25 from me!!

I would give them less than one star. I paid the $7.00 which they are quick to charge but the link they provided shows just the first page of 6. It’s supposed to be a pdf file but it doesn’t download.

When I tried to contact them it says my email address is not valid. I use it every day so that is bs.
Therefore there is no way to contact them. This borders on fraudulent.

No response to technical issues. No phone number to contact.

This service sucks. Within hours of my requesting a accident report I was contacted by attorney about accident. They sell your info and then takes too long to get report. I have been waiting 6 days. Police department now shrugs their duty to provide it now and insist I get if from crash docs. More lazy tax payer employees that refuse to work since covid. Covids done. Spam emails are coming too now. Let go on with real people working.

HORRIBLE!!!! USELESS ... shame our police department is using this company, in the end, our TAX money is being trhown away!!! Shame Shame!!!!
I've submitted twice the same paperwork and no response !!!! what so ever .!!

The fact that you can't speak to anyone is very disappointing, because I've sent emails before and still have yet to hear back from any one. I have to use this service for our law firm and NHP and our Henderson Police, Crashdocs is unfortunately how we obtain these documents. Whenever I have issues I can call Henderson and they are always helpful in getting me what I need, because they know how horrible Crashdocs is. Nevada Highway Patrol is another story they only person there that's really helpful is Lisa.
I feel like if hiring an outside source to provide a service on your behalf then make sure they a good reputable company because if not it still a reflection on you I would give a big fat Zero if I could.

I was involved in an accident Feb 8th, I had 2 report numbers and the time was critical a motorist headed the opposite direction swerved into my lane. I avoided a head-on collision but they hit my drivers side and the drivers side of the car that was in front of them. those 2 went to another location and swapped info. The other vehicle that was sideswiped came back to my location because I reported a hit-and-run. We exchanged info as well, I later found out the uninsured motorist that hit both of us claimed I swerved into their lane and caused the accident and the other driver jumped on board likely because I had insurance. Luckily my insurance ruled in my favor based on the pictures I provided. I sent 2 requests for assistance from Crash Docs received a confirmation and was told I would be contacted in 2 days. I have never received any information from this company and the report is still not showing up after a month. I ended up going thru the PD where the accident happened and they were able to send me the reports 2 weeks after the accident.

Customer Services is absolutely terrible. There’s no way to call a representative directly and no one ever follows up on the contact form from the organization. It also has been 10 days at the time of writing this comment and my police report has still not being found on this website. Don’t know if I’m more disappointed in this organization or the police department for using their services. If any other police departments are considering using this service please look elsewhere.

Horrible service!!! States that police report would be ready in 5-7 business days and here I am at day 10 and still no police report! Emailed them and they stated they'd be in touch in 2 days, now still waiting on that also with it going on day three. Horrible, horrible service!

This is the company the local police department informed me to contact regarding my requesting the police report for the accident a young woman was involved with who hit my vehicle. ABSOLUTELY NOTHING FROM THIS COMPANY upon repeated emails and forms submitted. It’s a Carfax company. It’s no wonder why the customer service is so pathetic.
