No goat button = no queue movement.
That’s literally the whole thing.

The system doesn’t advance anyone who doesn’t confirm they’re human.
So the queue didn’t fail. The stock didn’t fail.
You just… didn’t press the goat.

Horrible experience for preorder

Had the same horrible experience as many others when trying to preorder an ETB last night. The website was struggling majority to load and once online I managed to add an ETB and a booster box to my basket. I tried checking out for over 2 hours in the basket being second in the queue waiting for it to load. The owner thought it would also be hilarious to include a video of a goat for you to click on as you waited but nothing happened. I wasted over 3 hours in total of my life waiting to preorder being the first on the site and lots of stock still available only to be unable to order. Extremely frustrated by this!! Would not recommend shopping here or ever trying to preorder here again.

What you experienced wasn’t a website fault. You hit the anti-bot check.

The goat button isn’t a joke. It’s our bot-trap. If you don’t press it correctly, or your session stalls, the system flags you as automated and freezes your position in the queue. That’s why you stayed at “second” while stock continued to sell to customers who passed verification.

Being “first on the site” doesn’t bypass bot protection, and the items in your basket aren’t reserved until checkout begins.

I understand the frustration, but this wasn’t an error on our side. It was a timed-out session that failed the human-check.

Proper time wasters AVOID and save your time.

Proper time wasters been trying to order for over a hour and apparently been second in the queue for over 30 mins with another window open watching the stock count go down even tho I’m apparently second in the queue, proper waste of my time for a product I’ve been trying to get my hands on. I think it should change to be a joke shop because that’s what they are JOKERS! Screenshots taken for prove if they try and deny it.

Let’s be clear. The comments you’re making aren’t helping you, and they certainly won’t get you stock.

Nothing went wrong on our side. The item sold out due to very high demand, which is exactly what happens in every major release. Being shown as “second in the queue” in one window does not guarantee stock or hold anything for you.

Accusations, insults, and conspiracy theories don’t change the facts, and they don’t speed anything up. If this behaviour continues, we’ll simply decline future custom for pokemon pre-orders.

Take a minute, reset, and if you have a genuine complaint, I’m happy to help. Otherwise there’s nothing more to say.

Amazing store and owners!

I recently purchased from this store, unfortunately one of my items were delayed (completely out of the hands of crazy gamer) I emailed them just double checking all was fine with my order. I was emailed back very quickly from Paul who assured me my order was still on track. It has arrived in perfect condition with great packaging. 10/10 store glad to support small businesses. Will be a frequent customer thanks :)

Ordered a pokemon box online single…

Ordered a pokemon box online single order for ex box. Only to be refunded almost instantly, so ring to ask what's going on to be told that I 'botted' the item. The guy on the phone was very rude and quite aggressive. Mate not everyone is a scalper. I rip pack dont keep them its not my fault I saw you had stock and tried to buy one. Prehaps go throught and see who the scalpers are surly you can see who ordered multiple times to the same address.

10 orders in 1 minute, multiple people checking out and paying for an item at the exact same time, you expect us to believe that you did not use automated methods to order the item moments after it went live on our website? As for claiming I was rude and aggressive, i thought i was quite polite given the situation. We cannot provide what we don't have and our website cannot stop people that have already passed the final stock check before being allowed to pay. Maybe if your group didn't all spend your time botting you would not have created this situation for yourselves!

Great online store

Great online store. Pre-ordered some Pokemon products through this store. Due to stock issues, they reached out and gave me the option to substitute some items instead. I really appreciate the communication here, a lot of shops would cancel the order instead but these guys went the extra mile. Thanks again, one happy customer!

Phenomenal service - when informed allocations had been cut, I was told I could swap to a different product, or have a refund.

GET YOUR STOCK LEVELS AND INVENTORY CORRECT.
Fed up with placing orders with CRAZY GAMER. Only to be told a few days later that they do not have 80% of items ordered in stock. No discount code..no store credit, no complimentary gift. AVOID AVOID AVOID

We’re sorry you were disappointed — but your review contains a serious factual error that needs correcting.

Your order total was £101.26, and only £29.13 was refunded — not “80%” as claimed. The refunded items were mostly lower-value cards that occasionally sell on eBay, and we had neglected to adjust their stock levels due to how infrequently they're ordered in bulk.

As the sole director and only employee, I work hard to process and pack every order myself. While we aim for 100% accuracy, niche single-card inventory can sometimes fall out of sync — especially when someone orders large multiples we don’t expect to move all at once.

You were refunded promptly for anything unavailable, and the rest of your order was fulfilled without issue. We don’t offer store credit or gifts in cases where a partial refund is all that’s warranted.

All we ask is for feedback to be fair — and factually accurate.
