Gutes Produkt, Service mit Luft nach oben
Zunächst zum Verbesserungspotential: 14 Tage von der Versendungsmitteilung bis zur Aushändigung durch den Lieferdienst hieße einen Punktabzug. Einen weiteren Abzug verdiente die Kommunikation.
Die gute Qualität der Ware und die kostenfreie Rücknahme von leeren Patronen haben das kompensieren können, so dass ich gerne 4 Sterne vergeben habe.

Not received order after 9 days
Not received order after more than 15 days. Company were apologetic and have refunded me. It looks like Royal Mail lost the delivery but as the company chose not to use a full tracking service, it was impossible to know what was going on.
