The incorrect order was dispatched and the young lady who dealt with my phone call was wonderful and arranged for a free return and the correct order to be dispatched very quickly. Would certainly recommend the company. Good customer service is so important.x

Horrific experience with this seller
Bought cartridges on Amazon for £128.69. The order didn’t come in the Prime timeline promise and then when it did arrive, they had sent the wrong order!
After 4 days of obfuscating the return process and making me run around finding post boxes that fit the parcel, (blaming this on Amazon, yet Amazon have always offered many different return processes other than Royal Mail!).
The most riduculous part of this experience was when they expected me to print out a return slip (despite the fact I clearly had no printer ink because they had sent the wrong printer ink!)
Only when I raised a complaint with Amazon did they agreed to refund me, and even then it wasnt a simple refund process as £21.45 was withheld without any communication as to why. They also asked me to change my review, which is against Amazon seller policy.
Whilst this case has since been resolved, after Amazon stepped in, I am left having had a very negative experience with this seller.

We aimed to resolve the issue quickly and with minimal hassle by issuing a full refund without requiring a return. While the refund process was completed correctly on our end, we understand that the way Amazon displays VAT refunds separately can be confusing, and we’re sorry for any uncertainty this may have caused.
We also appreciate your frustration with the Amazon returns process. As sellers, we’re required to work within Amazon’s system, which unfortunately can involve steps like label printing and specific drop-off options. Even so, we did our best to support you and also offered our own freepost return address — after your refund had already been issued — to make things easier.
Please be assured that we would never withhold funds or attempt to influence feedback. We care deeply about transparency and customer satisfaction, and we're genuinely sorry your experience didn’t reflect the high standards we aim for. While this situation was unusual, your concerns have been heard, and we remain committed to learning and improving from all feedback.
