This website is a fraudster. I ordered a cake + gift for my Wife's birthday. I got the order email as well. But on the birthday, they did not deliver. When sent an email on the same, they apologised and assured to refund my money in 48-72 hours. But they did not. I had almost sent 20 emails to them so far, you would get a standard reply every time that your money would be refunded in 48-72 hours. It is a big scam website

I guess I was one of the initial who got scammed by this company creamy it's a fraud i complaint everywhere in all social media handles and cyber fraud. Our country cyber fraud department is another scam who hardly bothers..anyways don't get trapped by this fraud company

Please dont waste money, A fraud site. They just book ur order but dont deliver and block you when you ask for refund. I think all the people who fell in this trap should register complaint against this cakesportal on consumer Helpline to give them a lesson and help others by stopping them to fall in this trap

Ordered a flower delivery on 8th July.They confirmed the order and after payment within 5 minutes,I got an email that the order cannot be completed and they will initiate a refund.upon enquiry via email about the status of the refund,they ask me to wait for 48-72 hours.That being said,its 1st September.Its a scam website.

My money is wasted in this creamy.in but you dont order from this they totally fraud and take the money from ur end and didn’t return back its been 20 days but the didn’t refund back they are useless

Horrible website! They never deliver the cake and won’t refund. My Mother’s Day cake order. Order id #61029 & #61044. Total amount Inr 3244. It is still not delivered and never got my money back. Horrible customer service and they are scammers and looters. I can see multiple comments here saying the same thing, anyone please guide me how to sue them. I am ready to go for a case against these scammers.

I ordered a cake and gift combo on 20th of July for my sister's birthday for Rs.1100. On the night of the same day, they replied that they can't deliver the order to the location. They also said that they'll issue the refund in 5-7 working days. After a week, I wrote them again regarding the refund not being issued to my account. They said that they'll issue it in the next 48-72 hours. I waited for a few more days yet no reply from their side except a mail saying that my refund is their "top priority" but yet, no refund took place. Its been more than 2 weeks since the order, and no refund has been issued.
DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM CREAMYS.IN. ITS AN ABSOLUTE FRAUD WEBSITE. THEY TAKE MONEY BUT NEVER DELIVER.

I have order my cake on 2 Aug 2025 I was suppose to be deliver upto 10 pm but still I did not received any update on my order this website is worst fake why this website is not banned yet I want my refund we need help what we should do now order number:6820

Can you not see I have already mentioned the order number you are only talking but not giving the refund

This people are just fooling the customer and I don't understand why their site has not yet banned. My order was #58938 and they said we will initiate the refund and after sending reminders there is no refund till yet. Also they are blackmailing by saying remove the bad review from the portal.

A scam. They are cancelling our order and not providing refund. Be aware.

They will take money. Cancel and not refund money back. I have been chasing up over 3 months now. Saw it similar pattern among so many. I wish I had done my research before placing order with them
