Perfect Cards would be a better company name
Good quality cards and arrived very quickly within 48 hours of placing the order. Great communication too as one of my selected cards wasn’t available. When they discovered they did actually have one in stock they duly sent it to me. Company name a bit strange as you kind of expect tatty crumpled cards but they’re all in perfect condition! Perfect Cards would be a better name.

Hey Gillian, thanks for your review! Really happy that you are pleased with the service. Our name comes from the fact we specialise in humour ('Creased' Up) but also that every one of our cards has a crease in it...right down the middle :-)

Ordered 2 cards with plenty of time to…
Ordered 2 cards with plenty of time to spare for my partners birthday (5 working days) but did not arrive so the pricey cards will now be redundant when they eventually arrive. Waste of time and money and now I'm going to have to waste more time finding a card at the last minute.

Hi there, I've used your email address here to search for your order. I see that you have not contacted us directly about the non-arrival of your order. You ordered after the cut off on Monday 1st for dispatch that day (cut off is 4pm), so we dispatched at 12:37 on Tuesday 2nd. If you needed the cards for today, then that isn't 5 working days. We expect orders to arrive within 2-3 working days normally and often much quicker (see plenty of other reviews around our delivery service), however it's standard 1st class royal mail and is not guaranteed - we of course rely on Royal Mail doing there bit. If you'd have contacted us directly yesterday, we would have tried to find a solution for you. You can of course, once they arrive, return the items to us in saleable condition and we will refund, as per our terms viewable on the website.
Sorry they didn't get to you - we do our best to spread smiles rather than frowns, and we hope you manage to find something for your partner in time for their birthday. All the best, Paul

100% Fantastic!
I am in Canada and am so happy to have found such a wonderfully creative and unique card shop (even though it’s all the way across the Atlantic)!!!
Their cards are high quality, the prices are very reasonable and the customer service is excellent, I will definitely order from Creased again!
