Customer service on a whole new level
Bought an engagement ring two years ago and it was absolutely stunning. Then I bought a pair of diamond and sapphire earrings in July which are amazing. After a few months of wear it seems like they've showing sings of oxidation so I contacted their customer service. I'm happy to say they just needed cleaning and were definitely not oxidized. They took them, cleaned and polished them and sent them back within less than a week and completely free of charge. Perfect example of how customer support should be done from start to finish. Highly recommend their products

Best costumer service
I haven't seen any company that values her customers so much and going beyond the 100% to achieve their satisfaction!
I ordered a ring through a third party company and unfortunately it was too large so I contacted Created briliance to see my options! I can't be thankfully enough for how fast they approach my problem and solved within couple of days. In these period of time they constantly emailed me and keep me up to date with all the process!
I am a very satisfied customer and will have no doubt to recommend their products and services to anyone who wants to purchase any items from them!

The ring is stunning. I have honestly never seen ring that sparkle and shine like this ring does. I contacted them a few times during the process and always received clear and prompt responses. Highly recommended!

Outstanding customer service
Outstanding customer service. My issue was dealt with quickly and efficiently. I had to send off my fiancés ring for inspection, and Created Brilliance could not have been more fantastic - sent me a prepaid label to return the ring, emailed me less than 24 hours later with details of the replacement and then the ring arrived back with me Special Delivery by 1pm. In total, I think it took about 4 days total to resolve and replace the ring. Absolutely wonderful, could not recommend more highly.
