The staff, all of them, from admin, care coordinator, and management, to nurses, doctors, specialists and embryologists, have all been incredibly caring and are highly trained and professional. I particularly appreciate the holistic approach to mine and my partners treatment plans

After a very disappointing experience at a London clinic, we arrived feeling deflated and unsure whether IVF was even a realistic option for us. At 43, we had been made to feel that our chances were extremely slim. From our very first consultation at Create Leeds, everything changed. The team were warm, friendly and genuinely personable, and for the first time we felt hopeful.

Dr Dr. Sedler was open, honest and very direct about the best approach for us given our circumstances. We always felt fully informed and supported in our decisions. The whole team were kind, reassuring and seemed truly invested in our journey, which made such a difference during what can be an emotionally challenging process.

We underwent three back-to-back collections and were fortunate to end up with two euploid embryos. We were incredibly lucky to be successful on our first transfer, and this resulted in the birth of our beautiful baby girl in January.

It is hard to believe that just a year ago we were attending our initial consultation, unsure whether this would ever happen. Now we are holding our miracle baby, and we will be forever grateful to the team at Create Leeds for giving us hope when we needed it most.

For anyone considering IVF in the Yorkshire area, we would wholeheartedly recommend them.

My husband and I have had a really positive experience using Create in Leeds. We went down the 'mild ivf' route and were treated with the upmost care. Everything was well-explained throughout and we were able to go at our own pace (sometimes I was pushing for back-to-back rounds, other times we had a long break) and our wishes were respected. The whole team from reception, to nurses, to consultants were lovely people to deal with. We are now getting ready to welcome our little girl in March 26 and will be forever grateful to Create for helping us to get there.

We researched many fertility places before choosing Create Fertility, our decision to go with Create Fertility was the best for our needs through our fertility journey, outlining all options available to us, giving us detailed information on the chances/overall fertility rates with each treatment. We had our treatment with Create last year after moving from a different fertility clinic.
All the staff are brilliant, from the admin team to the nurses and doctors. All so caring and helpful. Our treatment resulted in our now 3 month old son and we will forever be grateful for them helping to complete our family.

Create was the second fertility clinic we used.. they were like a breath of fresh air. No one can prepare you for fertility treatment, but from the admin staff to the nurses, consultants and embryologists the staff at Create treat you like people, ensuring you are informed and cared for throughout the whole process. Yes they made having our baby boy possible, but they did so with compassionate, kindness and understanding making the process (setbacks included) so much easier.

We had our 1st IVF cycle at CREATE and were supported by such lovely staff throughout. They made the stressful and emotional experience so magical and it honestly couldn’t have gone any better. Our patient coordinator Taylor is an angel sent from heaven. If not for her, we wouldn’t have our little miracle baby after three hard, long years of trying. Dr Kabiri was amazing and we are so grateful for all that they did for us. We would highly recommend.

I had the pleasure of having Taylor be my patient coordinator. She has been very attentive and supportive through out this whole process. I would also like to thank Zahra the lovely girl who made me feel comfortable upon taking my bloods as needles make me nervous. Thanks to Leeds Create.

I had such a great experience with Create Fertility. From start to finish I was made to feel comfortable, encouraged and well informed. The friendly doctors, nurses and members of staff were always so supportive and there every step of the way through my journey to getting pregnant on my second attempt at IVF. My little boy was born at the end of last year and it wouldn’t have happened without everyone at Create Leeds. He has made my life complete and I would highly recommend the clinic to anyone.

Great customer service and quick response as at when needed. I will recommend create fertility to anyone.

It’s very difficult to give this place a review because the medical staff was for the most part was extraordinary.

My patient coordinator while friendly enough went on holiday several times and was unavailable so we couldn’t have continuity with her. That was very disconcerting as we had told her we were particularly frustrated with two other clinics previously giving poor communication. The team response idea is great but it’s automated and not really responsive as some emails are auto and others are just other reps just standing in.

I had great doctors but I had an insanely insulting phone call with a doctor who was transferring to the clinic from Manchester. I called to ask to speak to the doctor regarding bleeding after the egg retrieval and instead received an earful of multiple reasons of why I was being denied another round of IVF. It was a lengthy call in which I said politely I understood thoroughly but this was not why I was calling. Like many educated women who go through this process, I was aware of all the issues and yet I was being told I didn’t understand the data on success rates. Overall just entirely patronizing and condescending.

They sent a very kind and responsive doctor to tend to our complaint but damage was done. Why be insulting? Why can’t we just have a preference on procedures for our own body AND be informed? Never mind that our complaint was never responded to by the manager who is assigned to handle the process and she unfortunately never did respond.

It was just entirely unnecessarily insulting. The nurses were excellent. The female doctors are delightful and very kind. The embryologist was sensitive. Even the anesthesiologist was lovely! The lead doctor as well was attentive and responsive when we could speak to him but sadly you let one new doctor speak without a filter and you are causing unnecessary hurt and trauma.

We worked with them for over 7 months and it was just a nightmare ending.

Thanks to Lucinda, Taylor, Katie, Eleanor and Dr Tamer! It was a long journey, but we finally have our little boy who is perfect. Everyone has been so supportive of us along the way and we couldn’t be happier with the service we received.

I started my journey from October 2024 and up till now 20st June I’m still waiting for genetic counsellor ..no communication even after sending emails .. they have wasted my whole time ..this is emotionally and psychologically draining ..would never recommend them to anybody .

Avoid at all costs!!!

Me and my husband started our treatment with create this year unsuccessful IVF, injections were given that did nothing to my eggs I don’t think they know what they doing the coordinaters are on commission to get many people in for ivf like they are selling hoovers.
no instructions were given about How and what to do , after complaining I was told I would receive a refund for my 2 cycles I am yet to receive it , I have been checking my bank account everyday but haven’t received anything as of yet . Never again , I wish I never wasted my time & money as this mentally drained me and my husband..I’m now with some clinic and all instructions was given with no hidden fees..
