We are only in the beginning off our journey with abcivf clinic but we cannot fault them, they are extremely helpful. If we have any questions we can email or call them and they help straight away! Our nurse is Edyta she is absolutely amazing!

My partner and I had our baseline scan on Friday and from the moment we walked through the door we felt welcomed and at easy.
The lady who did the scan was very professional and talked us through everything / ever step.
She explained what she could see on the screen and made us feel very calm.
The room was very clean.
She talked to both of us and not just me (the one having the scan) we both felt involved and important.

All staff that helped me and my partner have been fantastic.
All information was provided clearly and gave us a much better understanding of expectations. The staff were friendly, empathetic and supportive throughout.
The overall experience so far has been incredible making this easily one of the best decisions we made.

The stuff at Create fertility is very friendly and helpful. They know what patients are going through and they try to make it as reassuring as possible.

Can't fault create fertility..communication been really good..my coordinator always there when I need her (thank u Iona) also the midwife who does my scans..such a lovley lady and made me feel comfortable..(thank you edyta)im just waiting to start my first cycle..fingers crossed it all works out well but very supportive so far
