Our experience of Creat Fertility was a really good one overall.
From the initial consultation with the consultant which was really informative to the end of the process when we were successful we had lovely staff.
The process was clear and I liked the fact the cycles were shorted and less medicated than I had seen from other clinics.
I couldn’t speak more highly of the nurses I had contact with. I had a particular brilliant nurse (Sabrina) on the day of my second embryo transfer and I will never forget her, she was so kind and caring, held my hand throughout and when I saw her again she followed up to see how I was getting on.
The only bit of constructive feedback I have is that it might have been nice to have an allocated staff member to contact if needed who was coordinating my care as explaining things to someone new each time I called the customer service line was a little tedious.
Secondly is during the unsuccessful round we had, we had to attend a scan at 7 weeks, a heartbeat was not detected and we were asked to attend again a week later. Firstly my partner wasn’t allowed to attend which was really tough given it wasn’t good news and secondly even after the second scan (which we had to pay additionally for!) I was told I needed to attend an NHS early pregnancy unit anyway as further support couldn’t be offered at Creat. At the early pregnancy unit they wouldn’t accept the scans done at create so had to start the process again which was unnecessarily drawn out in very sad circumstances. The person I saw at Create during this time wasn’t clear on the process and unfortunately didn’t appear to hold in mind the difficulty in hearing the news which was disappointing. Despite this, it didn’t overshadow the overall excellent experience I had!

After having a bad experience with the previous clinic, we were uncertain that this one could have been the same.
Dr Kulkarni came up with the best plan for us during difficult lockdown times. He made it work for us.
Now we have a beautiful baby girl and can’t thank the staff and the all the team who made it all happen for us.

We recently welcomed our baby boy in December. We have nothing but positive things to say about St Paul's Create. The staff and facilities were great and we felt very supported throughout

Create has been excellent in every aspect, we cannot thank them enough. After 5 miscarriage without explaination we found this clinic, Dr Kalkarni after our first consultation adviced to undergo IVF treatment including pre-genetic screening before embryo transfer considering that our problem could have been related with some problems in the embryon rather than any other disease. So we have decided the 3 cycle option and despite 25 eggs collected in 3 cycle we've produced only 2 blastocyst, the PGS found out hat only one blastocyst was chromosomically normal and ok to be transferred, well that blastocyst is now next to me and is a beautiful son almost 1 monh old. Me and my partner we still don't believe that our dream is real.
After 13 years of trying to understand what was wrong and considering my age (38 years old) I didn't believe that was possible. I had a beautiful pregnancy wihout any complication.
But what I would like to say is that all CREATE team (St Paul/Hertfordshire) has been truly amazing, always ready to help and really kind. A special mention to Dr Kalkarni always available to answer my questions especially on the first few weeks of my pregnancy when I was quite nervous considering my history and so professional and kind.

We went to Create Fertility for help after trying to conceive for 2 years. We chose the 3 IVF package, also opted for the genetic screen of the embryos to ensure implanting good embryos. In the end we have only 1 good embryo to implant and did not have high hope. But guess what, that gave us a beautiful healthy boy! He is our miracle baby! We are very happy with the clinic for their professional service.

The nurses and doctors under whose care I was placed were all excellent. They were patient, empathetic, and very professional. The nurse assigned to me went above and beyond and was always extremely available and approachable. Nothing was too much trouble, and she was always happy to answer any questions sent her way. The same goes for my Doctor, with whom I spoke on two occasions. I felt he was very thorough, gave sound, well thought-out advice, and also very collaborative in his approach, which I think in this type of treatment is particularly important.

I also found the various lady doctors by whom I was scanned to be very approachable, and they explained in detail every step - again, not something that I take for granted as this is certainly not something I have experienced often.

Overall I felt that my care was covered in a 360 degree manner, and that I had someone I could call or email at any point, with any type of query. If this is the experience that you strive for with every patient then I commend you because I think this element is so important in IVF.

I felt that my egg collection went well, with good results, due largely in part to a very personalised approach to the stimulation protocol, and the fact that I felt calm and relaxed throughout. My partner’s experience of the whole process was equally positive (no doubt in part because he saw that I felt confident in the people that surrounded me).

Lastly, I felt the feedback throughout the oocyte fertilisation and cultivation process was also very good, with the embryologists being ready to answer my (many) questions about the progress and quality of the developing embryos.

In summary, I would not hesitate to recommend Create as a clinic.

We are still in the process of getting our treatment done as we have got 3 cycles package. So far we have had a positive experience with the Create. Really professional staff and good customer service.

I've been recently discharged from St Paul's Clinic as I had a fresh transfer, first round, and I got pregnant! I'm now 9 weeks in and I have to say that I had a great experience with Create so I highly recommend it. I felt welcomed, listened to and all staff showed empathy and professionalism. Every single step of the journey was clear, well explained and organised. In particular, I felt really looked after by my patient coordinator and I want to thank her for replying to all my emails in a prompt and helpful manner. I started treatment with create a few years ago, from my first consultation I just knew that I was going to go ahead with my treatment, the team was nothing but supporting and explained all my options clearly.
My 1st round ended in a miscarriage but I was still hopeful and my second round I fell pregnant and carried full term, and had a baby boy.
I definitely recommend create fertility to anyone that is reading this now.

I had natural IUI treatment with Create and was lucky enough to get pregnant on the first go! Create were excellent and we had a dedicated point of contact who could answer all our questions along the way. I liked that Create were really clear and transparent with costing and processes so we knew what to expect. My only disappointment was we saw different consultants each time, however there was also a benefit to this because we were able to get slightly different points of view that helped us make decisions along the way. We would definitely go with Create for number 2!

I am delighted to say and thank god that we came across Create Fertility. They took emense care of us, guided us at every step, doctors were so so amazing. Me and my wife were trying to conceive for a few years before we decided to go down the route of trying IVF.

We read the positive reviews of CREATE fertility and initially had a consultation with one of the doctors.

We have to say that from the first minute we engaged with CREATE we found them friendly, sensitive, responsive and caring. They were professional and we always felt that helping us to achieve our dream of starting a family was their main concern.

We would recommend CREATE to any couple trying to conceive. We got pregnant after our first round of IVF and are now holding our beautiful baby boy in our arms.

Thanks to the amazing people at Create we now have a wonderful Baby Boy Called Jaxon! That should be enough for you to immediately contact them right? But I will tell you even more about this clinic. IVF is a very stressful time because you don't know if it will work for you. Therefore I believe the best option is Create because they offer Natural Modified IVF which ( in my understanding) means you get fewer eggs but better quality eggs. Quality over Quantity. But I'm not medically trained so let's speak about the experience. The Create team are extremely skilled, caring, professional and kind. I cannot say enough positivity about them. Thank you to all the doctors at St Paul's Clinic for your study and hard work because thanks to your dedication and medical skills we are now a family and are over the moon. We recently went into St Paul’s for a pre-treatment scan and were delighted to see Dr Preetham Rao, the doctor who performed the frozen embryo transfer that resulted in our now 15 month old son. It was so wonderful to be able to show her a photo of our little boy, and we were reminded of just how brilliant she was during the transfer procedure, making me feel relaxed and completely at ease with excellent bedside manner. The transfer, which in my case was not straightforward to perform, was carried out expertly. We are so very grateful to her and to all the medical and embryology staff at Create who supported the procedure.

My partner and I chose to do one cycle of mild IVF. We first attended an open day where we were informed of the options available to us, which were more clear than other leading fertility companies.
We really liked Create’s ethos of quality over quantity with egg retrieval.

The doctors and nurses at Create made us feel at ease and comfortable with the process.

In less than a year we are extremely pleased to say we went through this process and now have our beautiful Daughter, thanks to the team at Create.

Create are simply amazing! True miracle workers in my eyes!! Despite two national lockdowns, we were treated with such dignity and respect. Their care was second to none. We had been told previously by another clinic that our only hope of having a child was to seek a donor egg. Not yet ready for this, we embarked on cycles of natural modified IVF. Our precious baby boy was born in the summer and is our perfect little miracle. Thank you create for making our dreams come true.

Me and my partner started our journey a year ago with Create Fertility and what a wonderful journey it’s been!
We are a same sex couple who decided to embark on Shared Motherhood. We used my partners eggs and I carried. The nurses were amazing during the egg retrieval as well as the embryo transfer. We fell pregnant first time with an incredible 4aa embryo and we now get to hold our wonderful 7 week old son in our arms thanks to Create!!
