Josh was brilliant throughout the process. He explained the course structure, goals, expected outcomes, and what was involved really clearly, and he took the time to answer all of my questions without making me feel rushed. By the end of the conversation, I felt like I had all the information I needed to make an informed decision. Overall, it was a great experience.

I always wanted to take the steps to start qualifying on my level 2 and 3 pt course but I didn’t have any clue where to start or even the drive to get going I then revived a call from josh who instantly made me feel at ease and encouraged me to take the next steps.since then when ever I’ve had any questions or queries no matter the time of day or night he has made the time to speak me through it and never got the feeling he was rushing me out of the conversation couldn’t have asked for a better experience so far thank you josh

This was a journey I really enjoyed. From the moment I signed up to this I was made to feel welcomed. All the assessors were really supportive and any questions I had were responding so quickly to them. I would highly recommend CreatePT to anybody.

I recently completed both my Level 2 Gym Instructing and Level 3 Personal Training qualifications with CREATE PT, and I couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

The support throughout the course was excellent. Every assessor was friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to help whenever I needed guidance. Feedback on my work was consistently detailed and came back very quickly, which made it much easier to keep progressing. Email responses were also incredibly fast, and it always felt like the team genuinely wanted me to succeed. They went out of their way to help me make as much progress as possible throughout the course.

The course content itself is really well put together, with more than enough information to help you find answers for yourself and build your understanding. Everything is explained clearly, making it easy to learn at your own pace.

I genuinely enjoyed completing both qualifications. I have a real passion for personal training, and CREATE PT made the learning experience enjoyable from start to finish. If you’re thinking about becoming a Gym Instructor or Personal Trainer, I would definitely recommend CREATE PT.

Create is an amazing company
They not just helped me to qualify with my combine degree of gym instructor Level 2 and personal training level 3 but also helped to to do some CPD before finishing my Level 3 and could became an indoor cyclist instructor Level 2 as well
They give you lot of support and explanation to be able to be the best professional once you qualify
Without them I wouldn't be able to finish and succeed in my courses

Create PT is an exellent service, o had an issue where i misread the small print on a previous course and did not recive my level 2, acter showing them proof of learning they awarded it to me and put me on my level 3.

A well structured course that includes all the material needed to qualify as a Level 2 Gym Instructor. Tasks are subject to quick and constructive feedback from industry professionals, who are also on hand to provide support and advice where required. Overall an excellent experience with Create PT!

As a mum of two very active teenagers, I decided to take a leap of faith and pursue something I had always been interested in - fitness. EXCELLENT!
I am so glad I chose Create PT to complete my Level 2 Gym Instructor and Level 3 PT courses. The feedback from the tutors is excellent.
If I ever need help I get a quick response for the tutors with thorough details and often a video explaination giving further clarity. Josie is amazing and even helped me during a phone call conversation. I cannot fault this course at all.
The website is easy to navigate, with clear study guides, course content and quizzes alongside the assignments. I am half way through level 3 and really enjoying it.
